The property was clean and reasonably comfortable. However the only toilet is downstairs!

We were met upon arrival at the property and shown the keysafe and how to open it.

We we told we would be sent the code at 2pm but I had to call the owner at half past 2 as we had not received the code. this was a little stresfull

Lovely traditional farm on the outskirts on Caen, nearby to lovely Boulangerie. It was very safe and secure 🙂

The property was finished to a high standard and contained everything we needed.

The outside wasn’t as well kept as the inside, could do with a bit of a tidy.

very nice accommodation with great outdoor space in Caen

The apartment is in a very nice and quiet area, slightly away from the city center. The outdoor space, most of which is in common with the other 2 apartments, is huge and extremely well-kept. The owner has a separate part of the garden where they keep 3 sheep: we were really surprised that there was no animal smell whatsoever. We had a minor issue at the beginning of our stay, but we got in touch with them and received timely and efficient assistance. Having the possibility of using the bikes they make available to their guests is another great feature. The house in general and the kitchen in particular are very well equipped.

as many others have said, having a toilet with no sink on another floor than the "salle de bain" is not especially convenient, but we were aware of it and it wouldn't be a reason not to consider this place again for the future.

Enjoy the countryside close to Caen

The apartment was quite new. It was clean and well equipped. There are outdoor seating areas, games, and BBQs for use while enjoying the lovely quiet setting not far from Caen. Secure parking is also provided.

The toilet is on the ground floor separate from the bedrooms and the bathroom. The stairs are steep and could be challenging for the elderly.

Lovely, comforting place to relax

What a wonderful place! The place was clean and comfortable, everything was new and there was all you wished for: games to play, enough inventory in the kitchen, and most of all: a lovely garden which you can use in the summer to have a barbecue, play boule or just read and relax.

There should be a towel holder in the kitchen :-) You need a car, so you can go places All in all it was just a great stay!! We really liked it and may come back some day. You could even rent all three apartements and stay with all your family or friends

La posizione, la pulizia, tutto. La casa era bellissima e pulita. Le nostre aspettative sono state pienamente soddisfatte. All'interno avevamo tutto il minimo necessario per le nostre esigenze. Letti comodi, la cucina era grande e funzionale e c'è anche la lavastoviglie. Siamo stati davvero bene. Parcheggio nel cortile.

Unica pecca il bagno al piano di sotto che èun po scomodo, ma è un problema piccolo. Per il resto nulla da ridire.

Emplacement paisible tout proche du parc expo/Zenith/Palais des sports (à 15 min à pied). Le calme de la campagne en pleine ville. Logement soigné et confortable.

Le grincement du bois à l'étage fait le charme de cette rénovation, mais peut gêner des personnes sensibles au bruit.

Fijne rustige locatie in Caen

Fijne rustige locatie met een fijne tuin waar kinderen kunnen spelen, aan de rand van Caen. Via het tunneltje onder het spoor ben je met een half uurtje lopen in het centrum. Ons huisje was ruim opgezet met 2 ruime slaapkamers

Nous sommes venus en hiver. Environnement très calme. Les enfants ont beaucoup aimé rendre visite aux moutons. Pratique pour accéder au Zenith ( environ 10 mn à pied).

Hyvä tukipiste tutustua seutuun

Oma yksityinen parkkipaikka, jossa lukittu portti. Pihassa oli asianmukainen petanque-kenttä. Keittiö oli hyvin varustettu ja ruokailutila riittävän suuri neljälle aikuiselle. WI-FI oli hyvä ja nopea.

Olisi ollut mukavampaa, jos myös yläkerrassa makuuhuoneiden yhteydessä olisi ollut WC. Yläkertaan johtavat portaat olivat jyrkät ja natisevat. WC-paperi oli ohutta ja käyttökelvotonta. Peitteet olivat liian paksut.
