Well designed mansion.

Comfy stay in a cute neighborhood.

Very comfortable property with plenty of space! The kitchen was well appointed and we were able to cook several meals. The rooms are a good size and the bathrooms are large. I especially enjoyed the big windows and all the natural sunlight. It has everything you need! Aldi is a 5 minute walk and there is a bakery next door. The host was attentive, and offered help if needed.

Touring Normandy was great, Airbnb disappointing.

Location.

One bathroom had no toilet. Bathroom upstairs door lock was broken, sink leaked around seal at bottom onto the floor when it drained. No extra garbage bags. No window curtains in one upstairs bedroom. Overhead light and nightstand light did not work. Overall, we were disappointed for what we paid.

New house. Some thinks still does not work. Was not ready prepare for number od people. We were 7 people, recommended 6 people for more private.

Servisman guy doesnot speak english. Call him to solve the problems was chalenging.

Great house with a few quirks that was a great stay.

Very nice house great room

No toilet in the master bathroom. Toilet in 1/2 bath at the front of the house kind of odd. No air conditioning didn’t think to ask. We bought 2 fans to help cool. Thankfully we only had a couple of nights that were not really comfortable. Host was very hands off. Gave us a code to get keys but never saw in person. That meant we didn’t get an explanation on use of the washer/dryer or anything else. Still a great house. Better service would make this a great house.

Bright and beautiful apartment with a few minor quirks.

Beautiful bright apartment. Well appointed kitchen with very good appliances. Nice bedrooms. Washing machine with large drying rack. Beautiful and private enclosed outdoor spaces to enjoy fresh air. Lots of natural daylight within the apartment. Grocery store 2 blocks away and an excellent bakery next door.

Master bathroom didn't have a toilet. Master bedroom bed was soft and uncomfortable. Slow internet and wifi not accessible from the 2nd floor bedrooms.

Good house but needs a deep clean and a better cleaning service inbetween guests!

The house it self was large and spacious.

The house was incredibly dirty. The kitchen cabinets were very dirty inside. We had to wash all the glasses and plates when we arrived, as they were very dirty. Many of the glasses were chipped. I almost swallowed a large piece of glass, when drinking from a glass without inspecting it first. After walking barefoot on the floor in the livingroom/kitchen, our feet were black underneath.

Great house for large groups, perfectly located to visit the area.

Perfect to fit a large group. The house is new, very nicely decorated and very enjoyable. Interaction with the host was very easy and efficient.

The house is greatly filled with all convenient items: soap, dish towels, spices…. A couple of cooking utensils could be added to help feed a large group: large pan, oven dish. Parking is actually only possible in the street.

La maison était spacieuse confortable.

Dommage qu'il n'y avait pas un seul produit d'entretien je vous envoie des photos À l'étage : Chambre à droite : la lumière du plafonnier ne s'allume pas et il manque une ampoule à une lampe de chevet. Salle de bain : la poignée est brisée. Impossible d'ouvrir de l'intérieur. Une personne est restée coincée! Heureusement qu elle n'était pas seule dans la maison à ce moment-là ! De plus parfois l'eau du lavabo sort par le côté gauche. Voir photo. RDC: Dans la cuisine, placard à droite en coin de l'évier le système à l'intérieur est cassé et il en est de même pour celui de gauche. Ainsi que le couvercle de la poubelle. Salle à manger : le pied avant droit, de l'une des chaises menace de céder. Cour intérieure : une tuile du voisin est tombée. Voir photo. Séjour agréable, bel espace de vie. Je vous envoie tout te faire remarques mais c'est pour faciliter l'allocation pour les autres personnes si personne ne vous en parle vous ne pouvez rien faire mais ce n'est pas pour ça que on vous mettra une mauvaise note

No sabría decir: La casa es muy grande ideal para 3 parejas,pero no está bien mantenida y está por terminar.

La falta de mantenimiento de la casa, apesar de parecer una casa de nueva construcción está mal mantenida, las fotos te anuncian una buena casa pero después ves que si no la mantien en poco tiempo estará muy mal. Faltan cosas de menaje y de limpieza empezando pq te dejan una sola pastilla de lavavajillas, la nevera es pequeña y no enfría, el horno está sucio. Con el calor que hacia ,ola de calor, solo había un mini ventilador. Los propietarios no se interesan por nuestro bien estar en ningún momento, ni siquiera por WhatsApp. La limpieza es pésima.

Ein geräumiges, modernes Haus in der Nähe des Zentrums. Alles perfekt. Komplett ausgestattet, Bäckerei gleich nebenan. Pro-Tip: in 4 Minuten Gehweite ist eine Straßenbahnstation, die einen flux ins Zentrum bringt.

Casa ampla e confortável

Casa bem espaçosa, confortável e reformada. Equipada com tudo o que precisei durante a hospedagem. A vaga de carro é na rua, talvez pudessem disponibilizar a garagem porque tem espaço. Não fica muito perto das atrações de Caen, mas me atendeu porque eu visitei cidades próximas.

Falta de comunicação com os responsáveis. Só recebi uma mensagem padrão e quando enviei mensagem não tive retorno.
