Good for Caen city centre

The location was very good, with plenty of utensils and other household stuff. The apartment was big with plenty of space. The WiFi was mostly ok, but did suffer from buffering at times.

The freezer compartment hadn't been defrosted in a very long time and was frozen solid with no space for anything, plus this caused anything on the top shelf of the fridge area to freeze. Very few of the interior door locks actually worked. The buttons on the toilet kept sticking and this caused the water to keep flowing.

Nice appartment in the heart of the city

Rooms were a good size. Each room at a TV and Netflix which my family loved. The kitchen was well equipped. Liked the fact that there was a washing machine, but didn't use it as I hadn't bought washing detergent with me. The location was superb! Very central and easy therefore to walk to sites.

Nothing the host could change. The road was a bit noisy.

Very good locaction and the apartment was perfect. Very clean and very nicely furnished. The bathroom and kitchen were great and the bedrooms fantastic. Extremely well equipped we really enjoyed our stay.

No complaints at all. Perhaps if I was being picky parking is a bit hit and miss and you may have to park a little away. It's no problem really

Clean, comfortable and cute for a multi day stay.

Simple, cute and comfortable. 3 bedrooms. laundry, full kitchen with dishwasher. Close to grocery stores, pharmacy, bakery and casual restaurants and bars. comfortable beds and windows that open. Mostly well supplied with linens and cooking utensils. Quiet 2 bedrooms in the rear. Good Wi-Fi and Televisions in all rooms.

Car parking is difficult and hard to find nearby. Only 3 coffee cups for 4+ people. Separate toilet from hand washing ability.

L'appuntamento è in una posizione ottima, vicino al centro storico di Caen, una cittadina meravigliosa. È pulito e funzionale, dotato di tutto. In più offre la possibilità di usufruire di un box auto, un po' distante, ma comodissimo vista la carenza di posti auto. Il gestore è una persona disponibilissima, pronta a risolvere eventuali problemi. Ha reso la nostra vacanza ancora più bella

Bon séjour dans un grand appartement idéalement placé.

L'appartement est idéalement placé, à côté du centre ville de Caen. La place de parking est un vrai +. L'appartement est grand, joliment décoré et bien équipé. Il est dans l'ensemble très propre (excepté le frigo).

Le manque de communication avec le propriétaire (venant de l'autre bout de la France, nous avions besoin de quelques infos en amont mais que l'hôte ne voulait pas nous donner avant la veille du séjour. Nous avons seulement eu le mail automatique 24H00 avant expliquant les modalités d'entrée dans l'appartement. Vraiment dommage , d'autant que le propriétaire a été arrangeant sur l'horaire d'arrivée au final. Pour le départ, aucune information ni sur la logistique, ni sur l'horaire..). Concernant l'appartement, il n'est pas très bien isolé. (On entend tous les voisins à toute heure).

L’emplacement

Impossible de contacter le propriétaire. La télé ne fonctionnait pas, on s’est finalement rendu compte que les piles des télécommandes étaient usées. L’équipement en vaisselle est très léger seulement 3 verres à pied pour 6. Pas de plats. Le bruit de la rue.
