Een prachtig en modern appartement net buiten het centrum van Caen. Rustig gelegen met eigen parkeerplaats. Goede centrale ligging om naar D-Day stranden en omgeving te reizen. Aldi op 5 minuten loopafstand. Voor restaurants hebben wij het centrum van Caen bezocht.
Een ventilator voor in de tweede slaapkamer. Met aankomst was het ruim 30 graden. Verder alles prima in orde!

"Proche du centre ville" est assez exagéré : une bonne heure de marche vers les lieux d'intérêt quelle que soit la direction. Mais une ligne de bus à cadence fréquente est à deux pas et il y a une place de parking.
Le problème est que le loueur transmet les informations d'accès au dernier moment et veut une caution par empreinte bancaire à faire aussi au dernier moment. Ce qui peut être un sérieux souci si votre connexion vous lâche avec vos valises ou si votre banque fait des manières. Essayez de négocier des délais.
