Really enjoyable stay in Caen!

The apartment was excellent! The instructions for access were clear and the accommodation met our needs really well. Great to have parking and it all felt secure and quiet. Really lovely restaurant at the entrance with friendly staff too! If we were to visit Caen again, we would stay here again!

Brilliant accommodation

The property was amazing very clean and comfortable. It was in a quiet area although busy . It was ideal for us visiting family war graves and attending the d day celebration

Appartement très agréable, bien conçu, clair. Mais...

"Proche du centre ville" est assez exagéré : une bonne heure de marche vers les lieux d'intérêt quelle que soit la direction. Mais une ligne de bus à cadence fréquente est à deux pas et il y a une place de parking.

Le problème est que le loueur transmet les informations d'accès au dernier moment et veut une caution par empreinte bancaire à faire aussi au dernier moment. Ce qui peut être un sérieux souci si votre connexion vous lâche avec vos valises ou si votre banque fait des manières. Essayez de négocier des délais.

La propreté, la décoration, l’espace … et les magnifiques roses qui nous attendaient sur la table. Appartement parfaitement équipé.

Tout. L’emplacement, le lieu sécurisé (barrière, entrée immeuble avec code), parking privé, l’appartement avec 2 chambres et tout le nécessaire pour y passer quelques jours. Nous reviendrons sans hésiter lors d’un prochain voyage en Normandie. Merci

Appartamento moderno, luminoso, silenzioso e dotato di ogni comfort. Eravamo quattro adulti e ci siamo trovati benissimo, c’era anche tutto il necessario per cucinare. L’host ha sempre fornito chiare ed esaustive informazioni, per l’acceso, l’utilizzo e il rilascio dell’appartamento.

Muy recomendable Apartamento cómodo, luminoso, con aparcamiento, limpio y bien equipado. Próximo a zona de servicios. Bien situado para visitar la región Buena atención por parte de Bénédicte

Solo teníamos una bolsa de basura para 3 días, y echamos en falta una bayeta para limpiar la cocina, también tener disponibilidad de más de 1 pastilla para el lavavajillas. A mejorar las almohadas

Letti comodi, spazi ampi, cucina ben attrezzata di pentole e piatti e un bel terrazzino soleggiato con ampia vetrata. Arredato con gusto. Parcheggio privato. Wifi molto veloce. Proprietaria gentile e disponibile, la ringrazio ancora per il suo aiuto che è stato fondamentale per trovare un ospedale per la nostra piccola bimba. Lo consiglio assolutamente.

Appartement de qualité, bien équipé et décoré

Appartement spacieux, avec une déco sympa, très bien équipé, et qui permet de se sentir très vite comme chez soi. Propreté irréprochable. Le parking est un vrai + dans cette résidence sécurisée. Le quartier est doté des commerces qui permettent de tout trouver sur place (boucher, boulanger, Carrefour Express, Biocoop, Picard, bureau de tabac). L’appartement de Bénédicte est une perle !

Przestrzeń, czystość, wyposażenie, wygodne łóżka, świetna lokalizacja, cisza na zewnątrz, dobry dojazd, parking

Brak papieru toaletowego -2,5 rolki na 5 dni dla kilku osób to za mało. Szuflada na sztućce - chyba pominięta przy sprzątaniu. Ale to niewielkie uchybienia - poza tym było idealnie!
