Appartement joli et bien placé pour accéder aux lieux touristiques
Difficile à améliorer, et qui tempère l'évaluation positive de l'emplacement géographique : l'appartement est situé au dessus de deux cafés restaurants et est donc bruyant le soir. Ayant été à Caen pendant les grosses chaleurs, je devais garder les fenêtres ouvertes et c'était un vrai problème. Par ailleurs, la place au pied du lit est très étroite. la douche est vieillissante.

Posizione ottimale, in pieno centro.parcheggio disponibile nelle stradine adiacenti (Noi abbiamo trovato sempre sotto casa) Appartamento abbastanza spazioso. Bel bagno (completo di tutto) luminoso e con ampia finestra . Host molto disponibile con rapido feedback. Molti locali nella zona x poter cenare al rientro dalle gite, che x noi è un plus.
Divano letto scomodo. Il letto matrimoniale (corto) aveva un lenzuolo sotto senza angoli che non stava in posizione e ci trovavamo direttamente sul materasso ( da fornire anche un coprimaterasso !). Macchina da caffè non funzionante . Alcune cosette da aggiustare (maniglia bagno rotta, termosifoni staccati) che fanno un po' trasandato.peccato! L'ingresso è area di raccolta rifiuti del bar a piano terra...

Dirty, many things broken, remote control missing Garbage at the entrance of the building, bad smell, stairs never cleaned I contacted the managing company (or the owner?), who simply answered it was “unfortunate “ and never took any action The place was perfect when l first went 3 years ago, now is terrible
