Good location. But Disappointing with no value for money. Not recommended.

Good location • Nice location in the centre of Caen. • The host was helpful and assisted us with a couple of issues during our stay. • Good heating in the apartment.

Very disappointing stay Unfortunately, our experience in this apartment was far below expectations. • The building entrance smelled strongly of garbage, and the lighting on the stairs didn’t work. • The building has no lift. • The main door had no proper lock mechanism and no door viewer, and we even had people knocking or trying to open the door, which felt unsafe. • There were construction works in the apartment below, and the staircase was covered with wood sheets and debris. Inside the apartment, things were not better: • The apartment was not clean, and the sofa and armchair were dirty. • The kitchen was poorly equipped, missing several items listed in the description. There wasn’t even a proper knife, only one coffee cup, and no dish soap, although guests are asked to wash dishes before leaving. It’s unclear how previous guests cleaned the couple of cups and dishes. • The bed mattress and sheets were uncomfortable, and there was no blanket available for colder nights. • The lighting throughout the apartment was very dim, making the space feel gloomy. • The welcome note mentioned 2 coffee capsules, but none were provided, and the coffee machine didn’t work. • Finally, the towels had an unpleasant smell. • Bathroom appliances don't seem clean. Overall, I cannot recommend this property. The conditions were far below what was advertised, no value for money, and the stay was uncomfortable from start to finish.

La localización

Tuvo tiempos mejores seguro, ahora está muy dejado, no tenía ni los mínimos como por ejemplo tener pares de menaje de cocina. La limpieza era muy por encima y ya se va notando que es deficiente. Colchón no muy cómodo. Acceso del portal, muy, muy sucio y con mal olor. Parece mejor por la descripción y fotos de lo que es.

Comodo al centro

Posizione ottimale, in pieno centro.parcheggio disponibile nelle stradine adiacenti (Noi abbiamo trovato sempre sotto casa) Appartamento abbastanza spazioso. Bel bagno (completo di tutto) luminoso e con ampia finestra . Host molto disponibile con rapido feedback. Molti locali nella zona x poter cenare al rientro dalle gite, che x noi è un plus.

Divano letto scomodo. Il letto matrimoniale (corto) aveva un lenzuolo sotto senza angoli che non stava in posizione e ci trovavamo direttamente sul materasso ( da fornire anche un coprimaterasso !). Macchina da caffè non funzionante . Alcune cosette da aggiustare (maniglia bagno rotta, termosifoni staccati) che fanno un po' trasandato.peccato! L'ingresso è area di raccolta rifiuti del bar a piano terra...

Il est en plein centre ville et la chambre est bien séparée du séjour. Appartement clair.

Cafetière défectueuse, les communs sont souvent encombrés de poubelles à l’entrée, d’où des odeurs peu agréables qui toutefois ne montent pas jusqu’à l’appartement.

j'aurais aime savoir que des animaux avaient séjournées a cette endroit. J'aurait probablement opté pour un autre endroit a cause de mes allergies. une vérification des disjoncteurs aurait intérêt a être faites, car ils sautait régulièrement lorsque nous voulions utiliser le grille-pain.

Charmant studio au coeur d'un quartier animé

Studio charmant, placé en centre ville. Bruyant car situé au-dessus d'un bar et d'une rue animée, ce qui, pour ma part, n'est pas dérangeant.

Tout était parfait. S'il était possible de mettre à disposition un sèche-cheveux, mais sinon, rien à redire.
