Noisy neighbour downstairs, air conditioner/fan did not work in the bedroom, no hot water for bath or kitchen on the Saturday night, shower would not work at all.

We arrived later than expected but were able to get into the apartment without any problems. Quiet area but close to the center. It was comfortable with plenty of space, a terrace to cool off on and the kitchen had everything we needed. What's more, our dog was welcome. We would definitely stay here again.

The check-in instructions were clear and with a translator (because I’m not speaking French), everything went smoothly. I also appreciate being allowed to check in at 14:15 instead of 15:00.

The bed was very noisy—every small movement made it creak loudly, making it hard to sleep. This was quite frustrating. The owner should fix this and replace the bedding, as it looks worn out. There is no hairdryer in the apartment—I missed this detail before booking and regretted it. Future guests, take note.

El departamento era muy cómodo, la cocina completa, el parking muy cómodo tambien. Tenía lavarropas y tender. La ubicación está muy bien para recorrer las playas de Normandia. Tenía un balcón muy lindo. Buenas indicaciones para check in.

Me hubiese gustado saber que no habia toalla de mano, ni shampoo, ni jabon para las manos. Con saberlo alcanza para llegar al departamento con eso comprado. El resto estuvo muy bien.

Nous avons adoré cet appartement très fonctionnel avec cuisine équipée et salon moderne. Hôte très gentil et réactif à nos questions. Appartement assez bien situé et très confortable. Je recommande vraiment cet appartement !

Je n ai rien de négatif à signaler à par juste le grille-pain qui fait sauter les plombs. Sinon c'était impeccable.

Siamo stati in questo appartamento a Caen in viaggio con la nostra auto. Camera accogliente, pulita e ben organizzata. Avevamo un letto matrimoniale più un divano letto. Siamo stati io, mio marito e i nostri due figli di 3 e 10 anni. Siamo stati benissimo. Bagno pulito con doccia nella vasca che aveva un getto d’acqua non velocissimo. Munito di asciugacapelli, lavatrice, stendino, microonde piano cottura a induzione e forno (da noi mai usato). Stoviglie pulite, La cucina era munita si spugne e detersivi per lavare le stoviglie. Frigorifero capiente. Avevamo le prese normali. Siamo stai in tutto sei notti. Proprietario disponibile e sorridente. Che non è mai scontato. Parcheggio auto gratuito dentro il ns cortile/giardino . Posizione perfetta per raggiungere tutte le spiagge del D-Day, Mont Saint_Michel, scogliere di Etretat e paesi vari. Cittadina ben collegata alle strade statali, centri commerciali e stazioni di ricarica auto elettriche.

L’appartamento si trova in un’ottima posizione, a pochi minuti dal supermercato, dalla boulangerie e dal centro città. È abbastanza ampio, ben fornito di tutto il necessario e nel complesso pulito. Ci siamo trovati bene: il letto e il divano sono comodi, le lenzuola e gli asciugamani erano puliti. Una sistemazione pratica e confortevole per un soggiorno a Caen. Le spiagge dello sbarco si trovavano a 25 minuti di macchina. Ottimo come base

Le indicazioni per raggiungere la casa sono state chiare e precise e l'appartamento si trova in una buona posizione appena fuori dal centro ma vicinissima a supermercati con il parcheggio privato. La casa è accogliente, pulita e con una cucina ben attrezzata. Letti comodi (anche il divano letto).

Per quanto riguarda il bagno sarebbe più comodo avere un gancio per mettere il doccino.

Proximité du centre-ville. Stationnement. Bonnes explications pour avoir accès à l'appartement. Très bonne communication écrite avec le responsable, réponse rapide.

Le nettoyage de l'appartement laissait à désirer. Équipement inadéquat de la cuisine, manque d'ustensiles pour cuisiner, bouilloire serait à changer....

Explications claires pour y accéder. Place de parking. Calme.

Manque des objets de première nécessité, je n’avais jamais vu ça dans un Airbnb/logement de courte durée depuis des années : pas de savon pour se laver les mains, ni gel douche ou shampoing. C’est mentionné nul part donc ça peut être réellement problématique. Propreté très moyenne : nous avons dû refaire la poussière tant la vaisselle était sale (poussière, assiettes et verres mal nettoyés).

Appartement calme dans une résidence sécurisée. Balcon à l'arrière de la résidence donc au calme. Place de parking privée. Échange courtois et réponse rapide de l'hôte. Supermarché à côté de l'appartement. Conforme aux photos et à la description. Très satisfaite.

Il proprietario parla solo il francese non ci ha accolto e non ha inviato prima istruzioni per raggiungere l'appartamento, abbiamo dovuto chiedere ad una vicina di casa di parlare con lui a telefono per avere indicazioni su dove era appartamento e dove si trovavano le chiavi. In bagno con c'erano ne sapone x le mani né asciugati capelli, ho chiesto di inviarmi la password del wifi e non ha risposto. Le serrande molto sporche

Rien sauf peut-être le système de fermeture des portes. Ne pas oublier vos clefs sur vous sinon vous restez dehors. Notre hôte nous a bien informés sur ce système mais au moment du départ nous avons laissé les clefs dans l’appartement comme convenu mais n’avons pas sorti notre véhicule ..heureusement qu’un voisin était présent sinon..pour résumer au moment du départ sortez votre véhicule avant de laisser les clefs dans l’appartement..
