Very good

For us very good was location as we needed to visit university. Centre also is 30 min walking. Very quite and calm area. Good that is available parking place only it is quite small and was difficulties to get in place. For smaller cars it wouldn't be problem.

In advertisement is mentioned that apartment have nice garden but unfortunately it was not possible to use it.. Gras was not mowed and chairs was not possible to us.

Parking, we had a medium size car and the only private parking was for small cars. We had to find public parking, which was difficult so we did not stay the second night as planed.

great little spot to relax after a long day being a tourist!

closeness to centre of city, comfort, privacy, parking. great support by Corentin at Your Host helper especially with the broken latches on the sliding doors. lots of room to move about. secure.

garden overgrown which was such a shame! lawn needed mowing and so many weeds. mismatched crockery and cutlery. broken sliding doors … which were fixed promptly!!

Parking in the underground car park was a formidable task with a large vehicle but relatively easy with a small/medium car.

L emplacement est parfait. Le parking si vous avez une petite voiture est parfait et sécurisé. Un break ou une jeep, c est vraiment limite. Le centre est a deux pas, il n' y a pas besoin de voiture pour flanne dans le centre. L appartement est assez spacieux. Une entrée autonome. Un gros potentiel.

J ai hésité avant de mettre un avis vu qu ils sont tous positifs mais bon quand je vois des 8/10 pour parler d un nettoyage bâclée, d' un manque d' entretient du jardin... La propreté... Le sol n avait pas été aspiré correctement d' ailleurs l' aspirateur est en panne et c est pas nouveau de ce que j' ai pu lire. Sous le canapé, il y avait de quoi nourrir les cafards qu on a pu observe a deux reprises et la personne qui bâclée le nettoyage n avait même pas caché l insecticide qu elle avait rangé derrière la porte de la chambre. Le matela de la chambre était sale, il restait encore un insecte mort dessus notamment. Le jardin n est pas entretenu mais c est vraiment un detail, ça. Vous savez quand même profite de la terrasse. On restait trois nuits à trois mais on avait qu un demi PQ pour le séjour. C est pas le propriétaire qui fait le nettoyage, j espère qu il fera le nécessaire pour s assurer un meilleur soin à son logement qui en vaut la peine.

Nous avons passé un agréable week-end,c'est propre et les commodités sont géniales.tres bon rapport avec le propriétaire,joignable a tous moment.

Parking au sous sol un peu étroit,j'ai preferé garer ma voiture a l'extérieur,et pas de balais pour faire du propre ainsi que aspirateur HS. Le jardin aurait demandé d'etre taillé,dommage.
