The flat is centrally located.

Centrally located. inexpensive street parking

Great location. Comfortable, quiet and clean.

The apartment location is fantastic. The apartment itself is very good. Comfortable and welcoming. Very happy with everything in the kitchen. Good size sofa bed. Some great products in the bathroom and lots of different hair appliances. Lack of parking as stated but it’s located only 350m from the underground carpark “Hotel de Ville” and was not an issue. Parking there is 20€ for the day / night. There was a fresh bottle of water in the fridge which we appreciated after an afternoon of visiting Caen. Someone mentioned in their review that the main bed is too hard, and yes it is, but in my view that’s better than too soft. Had one issue with the toilet roll allowance but the owner has apologised, which I appreciate.

There were only two towels provided and yet we booked for 4 people. Hopefully that was that was just an oversight.

Buona la posizione centrale tutto il resto è molto discutibile.

La posizione: vicina all’abbazia degli uomini ed al parcheggio coperto (20€ per 24h).

Un po’ sporca (polvere e ragnatele oltre agli asciugamani e lenzuola che non avevano un buon odore), umida (situata in un cortile interno poco arieggiato ed esposta all’ombra), il water con la tavoletta di plastica non fissata (un uomo per espletare i propri bisogni deve levare e rimettere ogni volta la tavoletta!), la cabina doccia rotta (manca un’anta che è stata sostituita con una tendina e l’altra anta è precaria), scaldabagno molto piccolo (3 persone non possono fare la doccia), il divano letto chiuso e quindi siamo stati costretti a fare il letto a nostra figlia.

Un très bon séjour imprévu qu’il aurait mieux fallu prévoir, peut être une prochaine foi ?

Ce que j’ai aimé dans cet établissement, c’est d’abord l’emplacement très agréable, l’agencement des pièces général, contenant beaucoup de matériel à disposition, rendant ce logement très vivant comme si nous étions chez soi. La communication avec nôtre hôte était très bienveillante et tout y est fait pour passer un agréable séjour. Ce qui a aussi été appréciable et très utile c’est la largesse des horaires de réservation, très pratique lorsque l’on se retrouve sans solution.

Quelques difficultés à trouver certaines choses/ informations, mais ce n’est pas grand choses. Un matelas un peu dur et des sons de cloches réguliers et forts à partir de 7h du matin ( mais l’établissement n’y est pour rien, seulement la location ).

Calme en centre ville.

En plein centre ville, à proximité de notre amie habitant à 500 mètres. Pendant ces 3 jours, nous avons stationné notre véhicule au même endroit sans le bouger, mais en payant le parking. Tout à pied.

Le logement très sombre situé au nord, présence d'arbres devant les fenêtres, non entretenus, qui assombrissent le logement, besoin de lumière constamment et de plus les ampoules sont très faibles au niveau de la table à manger et salon. Patio, allée non entretenus Literie très inconfortable, balancement du matelas et stockage sous celui-ci! Le ballon d'eau chaude trop petit pour le logement (une douche 1 personne, une toilette et un brin de vaisselle par jour). Pas de cafetière filtre ou capsule, simplement une toute petite cafetière à piston. La propreté intérieure et extérieure laisse à désirer. Armoire encombrée. Pas de parkings gratuits, toutes les rues avoisinantes sont payantes, sauf une rue où toutes les places sont prises continuellement, contrairement annoncé par message par la propriétaire. Dans la résidence, place de parkings, mais la propriétaire refuse que nous stationnons notre voiture, contrairement aux autres résidents, donc prévoir en plus 20€ par jour de parking.

Près de tout pour visiter Caen.

A part les croissants et confitures maison rien ne manque. Blague. Pas de soucis, tous les petits commerces sont à moins de 100 mètres, vraiment tous commerces. Nous sommes comme dans un village en ville. Bon, nous sommes en ville quand même. Appartement calme au fond d'une allée bien arborée, donc un peu sombre. Accès très facile, échanges très rapides avec Adèle, moi par SMS. Plutôt à louer d'avril à mi octobre, ceci est juste mon avis. Et pour finir, cela fait du bien, une location très peu connotés d'un "trust suédois".

Un fin paillasson à l'entrée intérieur, il peut pleuvoir un peu en normandie. Comme partout vous me direz. Mais dans l'ouest, malgré le beau temps une ondée n'est pas impossible.

Apartamento oscuro y húmedo.

Céntrico. Cocina equipada, pero sin cafetera

El apartamento nos decepciono. Es un sitio oscuro, con un olor a humedad que fue en aumento. Cuando llegamos las ventanas estaba abiertas para ventilar y las habitaciones se llenaron de moscas y mosquitos que nos llenaron de picotazos. No las volvimos a abrir y aguantamos el olor .. Solo había una toalla de baño por persona, no de lavabo y al estar dos dias las usamos mojadas, con húmeda no sacaban. Ropa de cama muy usada. Ducha sucia con puerta rota sustituida por cortina mohosa . El jardin no es tan idilico como la foto, el aparyamento esta en una entrada a garaje. En la foto las vistas desde dormitorio.Una experiencia horrible.

La posizione vicina al centro.

Dentro l’appartamento un forte odore di muffa. In effetti non so quando prende il sole. Sembra sempre sera… Lo scarico della doccia non scaricava bene: ho dovuto comprare il disotturante. Doccia metà con il vetro e metà con una tenda posticcia. Il livello in generale davvero molto basso. Costa poco ma da evitare.

L'alloggio è piccolo ma funzionale. Dotato di tutto ciò che serve. Molto silenzioso, nonostante sia in pieno centro. Ottima soluzione!
