Pretty Good Place

Great location. Clean and all we needed.

The street is a bit noisy at night, didn’t like having to strip the bed, take the garbage to the bins located away from the property, clean the fridge and remove any left over food (was a request given to us at the end of our stay)

Wished we could have stayed longer!

The apartment was very spacious, well decorated and in an excellent location in the centre of Caen. Marie, the host, responded quickly to questions before and during the stay. My wife and I really enjoyed our stay and would definitely return to Caen as there is so much to see and do in the city and the surrounding area, we would also definitely stay at the same apartment. Highly recommended!

This is more of a caveat, if you struggle with stairs, this may not be the best apartment to book.

Overall a great stay.

It was very comfy and sparkling clean. Excellebt location and very helpful owners who replied immeadiately when I had a question about the internet connection.

The bedroom is under the roof, so it got quite hot at night and there was some noise in the street from people going to nearby bars, so we couldn’t leave the windows open.

L’accès est un peu compliqué et pas très bien identifié. Il n’y a pas de stationnement. L’appartement n’est pas fait pour recevoir 5 personnes. Une seule salle de bain pas beaucoup d’espace donc un peu complexe.

Appartamento molto grazioso su due piani. Grandi finestre su via caratteristica. Posizione perfetta per visitare Caen. Vicino a parcheggio a pagamento in centro.

Si trova al terzo piano, senza ascensore, di un vecchio edificio con ingresso non proprio accogliete. 3 piani di scale al limite della legalità per quanto strette e ripide. Se viaggiate con bambini piccoli lasciate perdere. Ho avuto un problema con la culla aggiuntiva concordata, che al mio arrivo non abbiamo trovato (salvo poi trovarla impacchettata da montare in un armadio) ma è stato impossibile contattare lo staff in tutti i modi indicati, anche tramite il servizio di assistenza di Booking. Le stoviglie non erano molto pulite, forse perche si affidano al buon senso ed alla pulizia degli ospiti precedenti.
