Lovely and spacious apartment with a fantastic view over the castle. Everything was just as advertised and we would come back in a heartbeat. They included parking was a really nice bonus.

Great location and free parking.

The location was fantastic and the included parking was very useful. The apartment has everything you could need with lovely views. If I'm in Caen again I wouldn't hesitate to rebook.

A very minor downside was that the toilet door handle was not fitted correctly. It is also a little noisy at night from the local bars and takeaways but it didn't cause any issues.

Loved being in the centre of Caen. Easy to explore and pop back to. Great views from the balcony. Loved the decor and furnishings. Comfortable beds. Well equipped kitchenette. Loved having coffee pods available as soon as we arrived.

Wonderful stay

The communication with Sebastien was fast and responsive. He answered all our questions in quick time. He explained very well how to gain access to the apartment and parking garage. The 2 bedroomed apartment is beautifully decorated and had everything we needed for a pleasant stay. The bed was comfortable, the apartment spacious. There was a fully fitted kitchen and washer/dryer. The apartment is on the 3 floor which offers a lovely view of the city. It also has a long balcony for brilliant viewing. Right in the centre of town at the side of the castle with a view of the cathedral. Its location was perfect for an evening stroll around town. Cafes bars and restaurants are right across the road. Also, it is a perfect location for visiting the D Day Normandy landing sights by day. I would highly recommend a stay here to anyone visiting Caen

This is a stunning apartment, great view of the old castle, at the end of the high street. Loads of bars, restaurants and shops nearby. The parking across the road under the castle was super useful and easy to get to. The apartment had everything we could need. We loved our stay here.

No lift and apartment is top floor which was hard with a big suitcase.

Great family stay!

Beautiful apartment in the heart of Caen. Great value. It's beautifully decorated. The views are wonderful and the balcony is such a nice addition.

Only a small niggle but there was no storage in either of the bedrooms apart from a few hangers. Even a few shelves would have been handy to store clothes rather than keeping them in the suitcase or on the floor. It was only a short stay so it didn't really matter too much.

Well appointed city centre apartment

A well appointed apartment in the centre of the city, close to all amenities. The street parking outside was busy but the car park included in the rental was only 100m away. Very good facilities, clean and spacious for two.

Access to the car park was cumbersome.

Disappointing.

View and location and looks like a recently refurbished flat. Clean and modern.

Horrible smell in all communal areas and Appartment from chicken shop on ground floor. Constant overnight noise from warring gangs of teenagers throughout the night until 6.30am. we felt unsafe. This should be mentioned in the flat description. Broadband was not working.

The layout of the apartment was superb and excellently decorated. It was also very comfortable. Overall a very nice, high standard apartment.

My only two minor issues were the floor needs a good clean as our feet were very dirty as soon as we got out of the shower room. My other issue is that it was very noisy outside all night. A chicken shop below open from midnight to 6am and a couple of bars opposite. Other than that the stay was excellent.

Lovely well appointed apartment in central location

The apartment is nicely decorated, clean and had everything that we needed. The kitchen is well equipped. The two beds are both really comfortable. There are views of the castle and surrounding area from the small wrap around balcony. It can be a bit noisy as the apartment is on a main road but as it is on the third floor it didn’t really bother us. There is no lift, which was alright for us, but might be difficult for some people to carry cases etc up there. Entry into the apartment was easy - the keys and parking badges were in a key box outside. Parking is only a short walk away in the castle car park, although we did find free parking down the side street next to the apartment. There are plenty of shops, bars and restaurants really close buy. Communication with the host was really good, he answered our messages promptly.

We liked everything about the apartment and have booked it again for next year.

Neat and tidy apartment, adequate kitchen, shower room.

Very limited storage space especially, but not in my case, when four people would be there. Curtains did not prevent sunlight filling the bedrooms. I had an eye pad. Third floor, no lift. I was OK but this needs to be made clearer in the description. Key access was fine if you arrived on foot. Virtually impossible to park legally to get the key and the entrance voucher for the car park. I parked illegally for several minutes, necessary because I was a lone traveler.same problem at the end of my stay.

Lovely apartment, the host was responsive and able to advise on getting the WiFi up and running, very close to all the amenities in the town. Would recommend to families staying in the area.

Just to note it has no lift for the buggy or air-conditioning but we managed to get around that 😉.

Excellent location. Close to many restaurants. The apartment was clean, well equipped and comfortable. Milk was in fridge on arrival- thanks. Good views. Free parking outside 1900-0930 (if you can find a spot).

The free parking card didn't work for us (could be our fault!). Moderate external noise at night but the shutters help. You have to read the instructions very carefully to find out which apartment it is! The dishwashing scourer should have been replaced before we arrived.

Great apartment in a very central location

We found the use of the ticket to access/ leave the adjacent public carpark very confusing- no doubt no heled by our limited French. he apartment is lovely but opposite one of the most popular bars in Caen which was open late most evenings. We couldn't close the doors/ windows as the weather was exceptionally hot.

Loved loved loved this place!!! Beautiful apartment with lots of space. Can’t get a better location in Caen for doing the tourist things. Very comfortable beds, too! Bonus: wrap around balcony for sunset views!!!

As others have said, the nearby bars can be noisy late at night. Plus a nespresso pod or two would have been nice since there was a machine.
