Great Stay

Excellent location, across the road from the railway/bus station. (just down the alley to the right of Sixt car hire). Living room/dining room/kitchen area is quite small but very well appointed and very well equipped (kettle, microwave,cooker, toaster,sink, cups, cutlery etc). Bathroom is a good size. The shower is excellent, producing hot water within seconds. The bed was very comfortable and despite being there over a weekend we didn't notice any street noise. The whole place was very clean.

The bedrooms are up a flight of steps to a mezzanine floor meaning that the ceiling is very low..It's a little awkward to manoeuvre up there.

If you travel with trains, the location is perfect; right by the train station and walkable to city center.

Está muy bien equipado, tiene de todo: lavadora, horno, microondas, lavavajillas, plancha… Está bien ubicado y no hay problema para aparcar el coche en la calle. Hay zona azul, pero a partir de las 19h no se paga.

Es un bajo en un callejón que huele mal. El sábado por la noche se oían muchos gritos y jaleo. Las “habitaciones “ son un altillo de madera separado por la mitad. Se sube por 2 escaleras de madera muy estrechas que no llegan hasta arriba, les han añadido arriba un cajón grande para subir. Tendrán como un metro de alto y hay que entrar agachados o arrastrándose. El suelo y la encimera de la cocina podrían haber estado un poco más limpios

Parfait

Nous étions 4, venus pour un week-end de compétition de crossfit, et le logement était tout simplement parfait ! Très propre, calme et bien situé, il nous a permis de nous reposer entre les épreuves et de passer de bonnes nuits. Tout était accessible et fonctionnel. Une excellente adresse que nous recommandons sans hésiter !

Un séjour agréable pour un rapport qualité prix juste

La propreté du logement, bonne literie, la cuisine équipée, la sdb avec fenêtre, le calme car malgré la proximité de la gare on n entend absolument pas les trains ni les trams. La réactivité et la gentillesse du propriétaire. A proximite le centre ville, les petits commerces ouverts tard, le centre ccial et le ciné, les tramway devant la gare.

Les mezzanines basses de plafond. L odeur d urine dans le passage d accès au logt.

Petit appartement cozy

L'appartement est cozy, géographiquement bien placé : à 3 minutes à pied de la gare et des trams, il y a des parkings autour et il est très facile de se rendre en centre-ville. Les lits étaient très confortables, la salle de bain spacieuse, le coin TV agréablement aménagé. Bien que nous l'ayons peu utilisé, l'accès à Netflix est un +. Globalement, nous sommes très satisfaits de notre séjour dans cet appartement.

Des cintres sont à disposition pour ranger les manteaux et équivalents mais le placard réservé à cet effet est aussi occupé par l'aspirateur et l'espace y est très petit. Un portemanteau classique à l'entrée aurait peut-être été une meilleure solution. L'appartement se trouve dans un passage plutôt sale, avec une forte odeur persistante d'urine, d'origine animale ou autre... Le quartier semble négativement agité : nous avons entendu des altercations a priori violentes la nuit, autour de 1h-2h du matin.
