The apartment well suited our needs for a night as we drove through Caen

A well equipped compact apartment that we used for a one night stay. Detailed entry instructions came via what’s app on the day. The host was very responsive to our query about the electric hob.

Instructions for the electric hob and the three remotes would have been helpful.

séjour très confortable, très pratique sur tous les plans, localisation parfaite

confort du logement et de la literie Décoration très sympa Petit appart avec séjour-cuisine super équipée ( et mise à disposition d'épicerie de dépannage ou démarrage) ainsi que chambre séparée et sanitaires séparés = une habitation réelle ! super localisation (tram à 2 pas et accès aux axes de circulation )et parking privé gratuit !Secteur ville mais aéré et calme disponibilité et amabilité au téléphone pour explications sur la prise de clés (et "tuto" photos pour accès !)ce fut utile.

bien prendre en compte que l'appartement est au second étage SDB WC un peu exigus dont la douche et son accès, il ne faut juste pas faire 1,90m et 150 kg (mais honnêtement, pas améliorable vu la configuration des lieux )

Avete presente uno di quei micro alloggi forniti di tutto che sono esposti all'Ikea? Eccolo! Piccolo ma funzionale, con anche lo spazio per aprire la valigia a terra! Tutto nuovo, cucina e bagno piccolo ma funzionali. Arredamenti originali che rendono meno 'anonimo' questo alloggio. Consegna con box ottimale! Parcheggio gratuito di fronte

La casa è per massimo 2-3 persone (in tre si sta strettini), è perfetta per pernottamenti per poche notti. Lavandino troppo vicino al vater. Per il resto tutto ok!

L'hôte envoie des instructions très claires. Le petit appartement est très charmant et bien décoré !

Petit appartement joliment décoré et bien équipé, parfait pour un petit séjour, je le recommande.

La porte pliante de la petite douche qui se plie toute seule quand on prend une douche.

Expérience plutôt décevante

Hôte sympathique et très arrangeant, bonne communication. Logement plutôt propre.

Petit logement dans les combles sans doute très chaud lorsqu'il fait chaud dehors. Salle de bain trop petite et douche inutilisable pour une personne de grande taille. Les locataires du logement voisin fêtaient un anniversaire et ont été bruyants jusqu'à 2h00 du matin. Le manque d'isolation phonique du logement fait que je les ai entendus se lever et discuter dès 6h00. Malgré la gentillesse du propriétaire, je ne recommande pas ce logement pour sa taille et sa quasi absence d'isolation.

Super déco, très calme, propre et bien situé (à 5mn du tram). Literie très confortable. Cinéma indépendant super juste derrière l appartement.
