DEPOSIT SCAM!!! Unresponsive landlord

I had an extremely disappointing experience with the key management. After losing my key late at night before checkout, I immediately contacted the concierge, who initially responded, claiming their “team” was working on it. However, they stopped replying despite my repeated follow-ups. The landlord was also unresponsive. Expecting some solution, I returned to the apartment, only to be left outside in the cold all night until 10 AM, with no updates or assistance. When they finally responded, they simply stated that no spare key was available and that they don’t respond after 11 PM—something they never communicated beforehand. A locksmith was eventually called, and I paid for the service as instructed. However, they later deducted the locksmith fee from my deposit as well, despite my proof that the key and badge were returned. Their lack of responsibility, communication, and fairness made this the worst experience I’ve ever had.

I would recommend this apartment but only for short stays (2-3 nights)

The studio was basically clean and was accurately advertised in terms of photos The contact with, and response by, the managing agent was good (so good communication)

Apartment lacked certain essential items and for a stay of 8 nights I was surprised that no change of linen / towels was provided. Upon enquiring I was told where to find the closest laundromat, meaning that it was my responsibility to launder the only set of lines and towels… The property was difficult to locate and the instructions weren’t exactly clear …

Appartement sympa mais il faisait très froid notamment dans la salle de bain. Le radiateur de la pièce principale ne chauffe pas assez mais dans la salle de bain une chauffage d'appoint serait pas superflu !!!

La cuisine est fonctionnelle de la vaisselle est mise à disposition. L’immeuble se trouve sur un parking privé assez proche de toute comité.

Le propriétaire passe par une agence pour gérer les réservations quand nous sommes arrivés, l’agence n’a pas su nous expliquer où nous rendre, nous avons dû attendre 1h30 sur le parking alors qu’il pleuvait et que mon nourrisson avait faim. La concierge de l’immeuble a dû venir pour nous expliquer comment rentrer. Quand nous sommes rentrés, nous avons constaté que le ménage n’avait pas été fait et je ne parle même pas de l’état de l’appartement à lui même. Nous avons fait plusieurs relances aux Propriétaire concernant ces incidents, malheureusement sans retour.

Logé dans l'appartement supérieur, logement sale, trop chère pour l'état du logement.

Bon emplacement, toujours de la place sur le parking. Logement bien situé, à proximité du tram et des supermarchés. Le lit était confortable et la literie propre.

Le logement était vraiment sale : sol taché, beaucoup de poussière sous les meubles, moisissures dans la douche, taches sur les murs et portes jaunies, les casseroles étaient en piteux état, même le monsieur l’a fait remarquer. La machine à café était sale. L’insonorisation est inexistante : on entend les douches et les conversations des autres occupants. La machine à laver a cessé de fonctionner (problème de vidange). Un monsieur est venu le lendemain pour la réparer, très gentil. Il devait repasser le jour suivant car il n’avait pas les outils nécessaires, mais il n’est finalement pas revenu. Après plusieurs appels, il m’a laissé un message et est repassé le lendemain avec 40 minutes de retard. Matériels de ménage pas adaptée.

EL PEOR ALOJAMIENTO DE MI VIDA

Ubicación.

El apartamiento tiene problemas de tubería, durante mi estadía se devolvieron las aguas negras por el sifón de la ducha. Según el alojamiento fue culpa mía (me quedé dos noches) y me cobraron una multa. Cuando se inundó prácticamente toda la sala de estar y la cocina con aguas negras les avisé con fotos y videos y contestaron casi una hora después El PEOR alojamiento de mi vida! Llevo un mes esperando la devolución del dinero de la noche que no me quedé y la “multa” y nadie responde Pdta: en día y medio es imposible que se dañe un sistema a tal punto de inundar un apartamento con aguas negras, es simple lógica

Pas grand chose :salle de bain correct mais très Petite . Seul avantage :près du tramway et petit centre commercial de banlieue.

Personne pour nous réceptionner :nous avons mis deux heures avant de rentrer dans le logement,accompte à faire en ligne et compliqué. logement : très petit (une chambre).dans un immeuble,loin du centre ville Juste pour dormir,pas fait pour cuisiner car trop petit et juste à côté du lit. Table/dégradée et sur roulettes (juste pour petit déjeuner). Les charnières des fenêtres ne tenaient pas,ce qui fait qu'on ne pouvait pas ouvrir les fenêtres. Attente, très désagréable après un long voyage La bouilloire électrique était en piteuse état (pleine de calcaire),il a fallu la nettoyer au vinaigre blanc !

L’emplacement assez proche des magasins, dans une cité relativement calme et pas très loin du centre ville

Des l’arrivé le logement n’était pas propre comme sur les photos, il était sale poubelle pas sorti, draps pas laver et laisser en boule, espaces mal organisé, table qui ne tient pas beaucoup, lit peut confortable dans la chambre et le canapé

Décevant et inquiétant – je déconseille

J’ai séjourné 8 nuits dans cet appartement à Caen et malheureusement, mon expérience a confirmé bon nombre des avis négatifs précédents. Avant mon arrivée, j’avais lu plusieurs commentaires mentionnant la présence de cafards, de saletés, et un manque d’hygiène général. Inquiet, j’ai contacté le propriétaire pour savoir si des mesures avaient été prises. Je n’ai jamais eu de réponse. À mon arrivée, l’appartement n’était clairement pas propre (cf. photos) : toiles d’araignées, araignée vivante, cheveux et poils dans le lit, mur poussiéreux et avec quelques moisissures, et évidemment... présence de cafards !! Les parties communes de l’immeuble dégagent de mauvaises odeurs. Enfin, la caution demandée est très élevée (300€ alors qu'il était mentionné 250€ jusqu'à la veille de mon arrivée) au regard de la qualité du logement et du manque de communication du propriétaire. En résumé, je déconseille ce logement : manque d’hygiène, mauvaise communication, et une impression générale de négligence.

NO ALQUILAR !!!!!

Nos tuvieron más de 45 minutos sin poder entrar al apartamento porque no había llave y el teléfono de contacto llegó a bloquearme sin poder contactar con él. No hay parking, te hacen la pantomima de que te " reservan " una plaza y luego resulta que lo tienes que aparcar en la calle. La falta de higiene del apartamento: pelos , telarañas, suciedad, cucarachas dentro de la nevera . Ausencia de papel higiénico.
