Located on the 3rd floor (no lift), it comprises a lovely living room, a fully fitted kitchen, a sleeping area and a shower room. Wi-Fi (fibre optic), bed linen and towels included – we’re just waiting for you!
The accommodation is laid out as follows:
- A living area with a TV, a dining area, a fully fitted kitchen including: an electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, hob… and a sleeping area with 1 double bed (140×190)
- A bathroom with a shower and toilet
The flat is ideally located in Caen, in a very pleasant environment. You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.
