This 30-square-meter apartment is ideally located just a short walk from downtown Caen, only a 3-minute walk from Place Saint-Sauveur. Perfect for a romantic getaway, it allows you to fully enjoy the local amenities.
Just a 3-minute walk from restaurants, bars, and shops, the apartment also offers the advantage of free on-street parking.
The apartment features a bright living room, a bedroom, a shower room, a fully equipped kitchen, and a dining area.
The apartment features a skylight in the bedroom thanks to the Velux window. There is an electric blind to prevent you from being woken up by daylight. There is also a window in the living room.
Please note: due to a technical issue with the listing, the sofa bed is unfortunately not available.
All the basic cooking essentials are provided: stovetop burners, pots and pans, microwave, refrigerator, toaster, and Nespresso coffee machine.
Sheets are provided, as well as one towel per person, a dish towel, and a bath mat.
You’ll have access to the entire apartment.

You can park on the street where the apartment is located (free) or on Rue des Fossés Saint-Julien (paid). It’s not always easy to find a spot—it all depends on what time you arrive.
Place Saint-Sauveur is a 3-minute walk away (bars and restaurants), the very center of town is a 3- to 4-minute walk away (shopping, bars, restaurants), the Vaugueux neighborhood is a 10-minute walk away (restaurants), and the Port of Caen is a 10- to 12-minute walk away (bars and restaurants).
For sightseeing, City Hall and its abbey are a 3/4-minute walk away, and the castle is a 5-minute walk away. The memorial is less than a 10-minute drive away.
Free parking spaces are available on the street where the apartment is located.
There are also paid parking spaces available during the day (from 9:00 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. and from 2:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m.) a few hundred meters away. These spaces are free on Sundays and holidays.
