A charming, recently renovated studio apartment of about 20 m² in the heart of Caen’s pedestrianized downtown area. You’ll find all kinds of shops right downstairs from the apartment (restaurants, bars, stores, bakeries, pastry shops, independent boutiques, and more). The apartment is located on the 4th floor of a historic Caen stone building on a highly sought-after street.
Perfect for exploring Caen, whether you’re traveling alone or as a couple for a wonderful getaway!
The studio is on the 4th floor without an elevator (be warned—it’s a climb!)
You’ll enjoy a breathtaking view of Rue Froide, Caen’s iconic pedestrian street. The apartment’s central location makes it an ideal base for exploring the city of Caen.
You’ll have self-service access to the apartment via a keypad.
The entire apartment is at your disposal.

The best way to get around is on foot or by bike
Please note that the stairs leading to the apartment are quite steep (no handrail). The studio is on the 4th floor with no elevator.
The street is pedestrian-only, so you cannot park your car directly on the street. You’ll need to find parking spots (which require payment during the day) a little further into town. It’s also a street that can be noisy, given that there are bars and restaurants nearby.
