Charming studio apartment of about 21 m² located on a pedestrian street in the very heart of downtown Caen. You’ll find all kinds of shops nearby (restaurants, bars, stores, bakeries, pharmacies, etc.).
Perfect for exploring Caen, whether you’re traveling alone or as a couple!
The studio is on the first floor and does not have an elevator. It features a double bed (140/200 cm), a walk-in closet, a Smart TV, a kitchenette (with a microwave, dishes, a kettle, a toaster, coffee maker), and a bathroom with a shower, sink, and toilet.
Sheets are provided, as well as one towel per person.
You’ll have access to the entire apartment.

The street is pedestrian-only, so it’s not possible to park right outside the apartment. You’ll find paid parking spots on the surrounding streets and a secure underground parking garage 50 meters away.
