This renovated 40-square-meter apartment has everything you need for a wonderful stay in the heart of Old Caen.
Fully equipped kitchen, bedroom with a walk-in closet, and a sleeper sofa in the living room.
Tea and coffee, as well as sheets and towels, are of course provided. You’ll also find toiletries available in the bathroom.
We’re locals from Caen and are available to assist you throughout your stay.
Located in the heart of the historic city center, the city’s most vibrant and shopping-rich neighborhood. City Hall and Place Saint-Sauveur are just a few steps away.
Buses and trams are right nearby.
For parking, use the Paul Doumer Center underground parking garage (FNAC), just a few meters from the apartment (17.50 euros per day).
Or you can park on the streets next to the apartment; parking is free at night (from 7:00 p.m. to 9:00 a.m. and all day on Sundays).
The entrance to the apartment is at 44 Rue Bras.
No parties or gatherings.
