Relaxing stay with all the basic amenities

Everything was fine

Did not realise flat was up two floors with spiral staircase. Probably not ideal for two pensioners on start of holiday with two large suitcases. We managed but may be an issue.

Charming apartment

This is a big 2-storey apartment with a ton of charm. It was pretty close to things we wanted to see (particularly the castle), and closer to the centre ville. Good amenities.

The stairs are bit tough to handle with larger suitcases.

Appartamento arredato con gusto a due passi dal centro

L'appartamento è molto bello, disposto su due piani collegati con una scala a chiocciola in legno. La camera da letto al piano superiore è molto grande, con due finestre velux (con tenda) munita di tutto. Nella parte sotto entrando c'è il soggiorno cucina e bagno. Siamo stati molto bene, l'appartamento è accogliente e arredato con gusto. Il centro si raggiunge a piedi tranquillamente

Mi è piaciuto tutto, se devo fare due appunti: 1) forse servirebbero più lampade 2) eravamo in macchina, una sera tornando a casa abbiamo fatto molta fatica a trovare un posto dove parcheggiare

Étant des habitués pour les réservations d'appartement et d'hôtel, l'appartement est effectivement très chaleureux ! Un petit coup de cœur 👍 Les équipements sont parfaits ( exemple, service de vaisselle complet, brochures, lumière à chacun pour le lit, ect...)

Petit bémol sur la table principale, Personnellement je ne mange pas dans les locations, cependant la table principale manque d'une cruelle fixation, une grande frayeur à certains moments 😱 Mais rien à redire 👍

Une semaine de vacances pour deux adultes et un enfant pour découvrir les plages du débarquement.

L’emplacement de l’appartement, proche du centre-ville à pied et proche de nombreuses places de parking gratuites, situé dans une rue très calme. Un appartement agréable à vivre, chaleureux, avec l’équipement essentiel dans la cuisine.

Une douche trop petite, faible lumière de la salle de bains. NB : Il manque un grille-pain dans la cuisine.

Buon appartamento senza troppe pretese

Buona posizione e appartamento ben attrezzato per 4 persone. Il Wi-Fi funziona molto bene e proprio sotto la struttura ci sono molti parcheggi gratis. Tutto sommato il soggiorno è stato gradevole.

Alcuni dettagli non erano eccezionali: il divano letto va bene per dei bambini, il tavolo nel salone non è per nulla stabile (colpa anche del pavimento in pendenza) e rischia di rompersi ad ogni contatto e la pulizia non era impeccabile.

La comunicación con el anfitrión, fue muy proactivo. La ubicación en Caen, en 10 minutos caminando estas en el centro. La facilidad para aparcar en la calle. La relación calidad-precio.

Las escaleras para subir el equipaje. La comodidad del sofa-cama (y por ejemplo que en lugar de almohadas hay cojines)

Appartement charmant, bien situé

Nous sommes une famille recomposée. Le manque d’intimité lié aux toilettes et la douche nous ont gêné. Le canapé lit fait beaucoup de bruit .une bouteille d’eau dans le frigidaire à notre arrivée ne serait pas de trop.

Séjour agréable dans un appartement paisible

L'appartement est bien situé avec des arrêts de bus à proximité et un centre commercial pas loin pour les courses. L'appartement est fonctionnel équipé de tout ce dont on aurait besoin. La chambre était superbement décorée et le lit est très confortable! Le quartier est très calme donc les nuits ont été paisibles. La cuisine est bien équipée et la salle de bain fonctionnelle avec de l'espace pour ranger les affaires. La salle à manger est bien. J'apprécie la petite bibliothèque avec des livres à disposition. J'ai apprécié le petit livret d'accueil :)

Le canapé est clairement à changer pour moi. Il n'est pas du tout confortable impossible de passer un moment détente devant la tv le soir. J'ai finis par m'asseoir par terre tellement c'est impossible de se poser confortablement. Le canapé est le gros point négatif pour moi mais vraiment à changer.

Appartement aux "finitions amateurs" dangereuses : accès mezzanine dangereuse (un grand espace sans garde-corps, garde-corps avec grand espacement, vis sorties, structure de l'escalier qui est cassée/non fixée), parquet de la cuisine non fixé qui s'enlève rien qu'en marchant dessus, velux du haut qui se ferme très très difficilement, douche avec moisissures et aux finitions très sommaires, canapé lit peu confortable. L'appartement est joli sur les photo mais dans les faits, il est juste dangereux. Vraiment déçus et on n'y remettra pas les pieds
