A perfect place to stay for work or sightseeing.

There is everything you need in the apartment. The kitchen is very well equipped. Everything was clean. Wifi was good and there was free parking just outside the entrance. We really enjoyed our stay there.

Great little studio apartment close to the Caen War Memorial. Pet friendly. Secure parking. Lovely bakery 500 metres up the road.

There was something really wrong with the tap water, very oily, great for my hair but not so good to drink. So you will have to buy bottled drinking water.

駐車場がありましたが、路駐も全く問題なくできました。街までバスで簡単に出ることができます。とても静かな場所で立地はよし。大型スーパーやガソリンスタンドもあります。

部屋に備え付けのアパートに関する説明何フランス語のみ。翻訳機を使いましたが、英語があればよかった。ゴミの事、コインランドリーの事の説明がもう少し詳しくあるとよかった。キッチンに全く布巾がなかったのが困ったこと。台拭きと食器拭きが一枚ずつあると良いです。塩と胡椒ぐらいはあると、パスタを茹でることぐらいに助かります。

Logement très agréable!

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié ce logement dans une résidence très calme et sans vis à vis (vue sur les arbres de l’avenue), mais aussi sa propreté et son agencement (enfin un appartement où il y a de quoi poser les affaires, notamment dans la salle de bain!)… nous avons même été agréablement surpris car il était mieux que en vrai que sur les photos. Excellente communication avec les gérants et petites gourmandises dans un panier d’accueil à l’arrivée!

Ce qui pourrait être amélioré c’est le couchage car dans ce logement c’était un canapé convertible (à éviter pour les personnes qui comme moi ont un dos fragile). Il y aurait largement la place pour un vrai lit… et 2 vrais oreillers aussi :)

On a envie d’y revenir.

La localisation proche des musées et de Caen. Mon mari a eu peur du fait du canapé lit. Mais matelas comme celui d’un bon lit. Il y a ce qu’il faut pour y séjourner quelques jours sans ce prendre la tête. Nous y reviendrions sans hésiter.

Les oreillers extra plats, s’il vous plaît ajoutez en 2 en plus. Il manque une cloche anti éclaboussure pour le micro onde.
