A comfortable and quiet ground floor apartment with private off street parking in a pleasant district near the Abbe des Hommes. Well equipped for self catering with a supermarket nearby.

Location city centre. Ideal base to explore Caen and the Normandy beaches and museums. My phone wasn't working properly and caused problem finding the property. Very helpful host. You have to drive under a small archway to rear car park. The keys and barrier keys are in the key box.

La difficulté de joindre les hôtes, l'absence de réponse à notre courrier et SMS (demande de facture), les fournitures : l'absence d'un minimum de produits de soin (savon, 1seul rouleau de papier de toilettes entamé), le linge de lit inadapté à la literie (housse de couette trop petite par rapport à la couette)

Très confortable, avec tout le nécessaire pour un séjour réussi. La gare routière est très proche, tout comme Carrefour et la boulangerie.

Position géographique du logement proche à pieds du centre, des commerces et des lieux emblématiques de la ville Situé au calme à l'arrière d'une cour intérieure Bonne literie

Les instructions fournies pour récupérer les clefs étaient mauvaises (le boîtier de clés avait été déplacé). Il a fallu contacter le propriétaire lors de notre arrivée pour avoir les bonnes informations. Le parking prévu pour garer le véhicule est en travaux et le propriétaire ne nous en avait pas informé avant notre arrivée (une solution de parking nous a été trouvée par celui-ci). Nous avons subi les nuisances sonores des travaux de réaménagement du parking dès 8h00 du matin la moitié du séjour (engins de TP). Le propriétaire ne répond pas au téléphone et exige une communication uniquement par écrit. L'aspirateur ne fonctionne pas (et n'avait pas été nettoyé). Il manque un tapis de douche.

Comodo e completo

La struttura è centrale, in un contesto tranquillo, vicina alle principali attrazioni cittadine. Buone le dotazioni (macchina caffè, tostapane, phon, forno, piano cottura, scopa elettrica, frigo, lavatrice e persino asciugatrice; molto materiale di consumo quale lavapiatti e spugnette; mancava soltanto detersivo lavatrice e carta igienica). Parcheggio chiuso disponibile a breve distanza.

L'approccio iniziale con il proprietario ci ha un po' disorientati: seguendo le istruzioni ci stavamo apprestando a parcheggiare in cortile, quando un signore ce lo ha impedito. Forse a causa del suo francese un po' rapido e del nostro piuttosto stentato non abbiamo colto il fatto che si trattava del proprietario. Comunque ci ha segnalato l'inizio imminente di lavori in cortile. Ci ha comunque riservato un parcheggio chiuso a breve distanza. Per il resto, tutto ok.

Mooie vakantie, prachtlokatie, mag iets menselijker in de afhandeling van klachten of instructies.

Lokatie is geweldig, letterlijk tegen het Centrum van Caen aan. De tijd wordt geslagen door de klokken van het Cloitre des Hommes. Parkeren op eigen terrein is heel erg handig, eigenlijk top.

Twee weken geboekt, één setje handdoeken, voor ieder één. Zitmeubilair is er, klauteren gewenst, hoge barkrukken. Het had wat schoner gemogen, koelkast vriesla volledig dichtgevroren, vuile vaat in de kastjes, een keertje ramen zemen? Eens per jaar of zo? Doe wat aan je contactuele vaardigheden, alles verliep alsof er een computer op standje negeren stond.

Onfrisse bedoening

Prima lokatie met parkeerplek.

Het sleutelkastje was aardig verstopt, slechte instructies. Het appartement was kleiner dan verwacht, en er mankeerde nogal wat. De koelkast was nog nooit ontdooid, het koffiezetapparaat moet nodig ontkalkt worden, de wc-bril zit los, de bank stonk, het dekbed stonk, de ramen smerig, en het appartement was vies. We zijn dan ook eerderweggegaan.

FALTA DE LIMPIEZA

La ubicación, el tamaño del apartamento y el parking.

Vajilla sucia. Se debería revisar. Comida abandonada y caducada en el armario de la cocina. Mucho frío en el apartamento. No había opción de poner calefacción ni existía un pequeño radiador eléctrico para salir del paso (comentado con anterioridad) Sólo había una pequeña pastilla de jabón para dos personas y cuatro días. Un edredón amarillento (por suciedad o vejez) en la parte alta del armario y otro tirado en el suelo. Por lo tanto, una persona normal no lo utilizaría (comentado con anterioridad) La escobilla del servicio sigue rota (comentado con anterioridad también) Con un simple plumero, se puede dejar la lámpara del salón impecable. En la foto que adjunto se ve la suciedad que no es de uno ni dos días. Dado que el anfitrión no corrige ninguno de los defectos, RECOMIENDO A BOOKING QUE LO RETIRE DE SU OFERTA DE APARTAMENTOS.

BELLA STRUTTURA CONSGILIATO

Appartamento molto carino e super silenzioso, dotato di tutto il necessario anche per poter cucinare. Ottima posizione, a piedi è raggiungibile il centro, nelle vicinanze della struttura ci sono bar, ristoranti e supermercato. Parcheggio interno alla struttura comodissimo.

Servirebbe qualche asciugamano in più, inoltre essendo disponibile lavatrice ed asciugatrice, suggerisco di lasciare qualche prodotto disponibile per i clienti.

Apartamento fiel às fotos, bem equipado, limpo, organizado, com excelente localização e um conveniente e espaçoso estacionamento privado e gratuito. O anfitrião nos enviou informações na véspera de como acessar as chaves e controle do estacionamento que estavam numa caixinha "cofre" tão comum hoje em dia. Recomendado!

Nada muito grave, mas sugiro alguns ajustes pequenos para maior conforto. Um pequeno lixeiro no banheiro, pois o único lixeiro do apto é um grande na sala/cozinha. Toalhas de prato para que possamos enxugar louça e talheres. Olhamos em todos os armários e não encontramos nenhuma. Porta sabonete líquido na pia do banheiro também seria útil e apreciável.

C’était notre deuxième séjour et le chauffage est toujours aussi aléatoire. Le récipient de la brosse WC est cassé et n’a pas été remplacé. Le détartrage de la bouilloire n’est pas réalisé régulièrement. Nous l’avons fait lors de notre premier séjour.
