Le logement est bien situé . Propre agréable confortable rien décorée. Place de parking mais qui n’est pas bien délimité.

L’hôte ne répond pas aux messages. Je trouve que l’escalier est esthétique mais pas pratique… peu de place à l’entrée du logement.

Malgré les efforts réalisés avec du parfum d’ambiance, les odeurs désagréables persistent dans la salle de bain.

Zentrale Lage. Ungestörte, ruhige Wohnlage. Supermärkte und Restaurants in unmittelbarer Nähe.

Kein Internet mehr nach 4 Tagen, ging bis zum Ende der Reise dann nicht mehr. Wasser lief von Dusche nach jedem duschen aus Bad Richtung Eingangsstür.

Perfecte ligging, dicht bij het centrum. Eigen ingang met parkeerplaats. Alles was aanwezig, voor 2 personen een prima plek.Leuk ook, zo midden in een woonwijk.

De badkamer rook niet zo fris, heeft een opfrisbeurt nodig.

Mooi gerenoveerd klein huisje vlakbij centrum Caen. Moderne goeduitgeruste keuken en zithoek. Moderne, wat kleine badkamer. Goede matras.

Onthaal is vrij afstandelijk via email. Gelukkig had ik 4G ontvangst in Caen (is niet evident in Normandie) anders had ik niet geweten hoe we binnen moesten geraken.

Schöne Wohnung mit zu vielen ärgerlichen Makeln

Die Wohnung ist schön eingerichtet und liegt in einem ruhigen Viertel am Rand der Altstadt von Caen. Bushaltestellen, Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind bequem erreichbar.

Vorgefunden, wie von anderen Gästen bereits beschrieben: - Übler Geruch aus der Dusche. Vielleicht haben sie keinen Siphon eingebaut? - Durchgelegene Matratze - Verkalkte und dadurch spritzende Wasserhähne - Undichte Dusche - Kein Licht am Bett Außerdem von uns vorgefunden: - Für einen Aufenthalt von 6 Nächten 2 große Handtücher, 1 kleines Handtuch, 1 Geschirrtuch. Auf Nachfrage erhielten wir weitere kleine Handtücher (gut!) und ein schmutziges, stinkendes Geschirrtuch (ekelhaft). - Kein Geschirrspülmittel, kein Wäscheständer. Beides ist in der Ausstattung der Ferienwohnung angegeben. Auf Nachfrage bekommen wir nach 24 Stunden ein zum Spülen ungeeignetes Reinigungsspray und einen neuen Wäscheständer, den wir dann aber nicht mehr brauchten. - Reichlich schmutziges Geschirr und Besteck. Nach unserer Erfahrung aber kein Einzelfall in französischen Ferienwohnungen. - Wenig Möglichkeiten, Jacken und Handtücher aufzuhängen. - Spinnweben an den Wänden und Staub in den Schränken zeigen, dass hier nur oberflächlich gereinigt wird. Fazit: Bei der Einrichtung der Wohnung hat man sich Mühe gegeben, aber die regelmäßige Pflege wird vernachlässigt.

L'emplacement, accès et le parking.

Odeurs de canalisation nauséabondes, douche fuyarde et joint noirci, lit creux, robinet vasque qui gicle à chaque ouverture car mousseur plein de calcaire, sèche serviette ne fonctionne pas, pas d'indication pour l'emplacement du parking. Après deux sms et un appel, enfin on a su ou il fallait garer le véhicule.

Le lieu et le calme

La taille de.l'hébergement est bien pour 2. On a connu des désagréments: Odeur de remontée d'égouts au rez-de-chaussée. Matelas trop mou. Manque occultant dans la chambre. Sinon c'est calme.et bien situé. Nous reviendrons sûrement si il y a des modifications. Le coin cuisine et salon est vraiment sympa et lumineux.
