Sarebbe opportuno specificare meglio le regole dell'appartamento. Per esempio : accesso alla corte interna, smaltimento spazzatura, ecc.

Location and free parking
The sneaky way they required a security deposit. This should have been listed on booking.com so it doesn’t come as a surprise. The 50cm step up into the shower was extremely dangerous and not what you expect in a normal shower. Space around the bed due to the size of the bedroom was also annoying.
