This bright, warmly decorated 25-square-meter apartment is located just a stone's throw from downtown Caen, particularly Place Saint-Sauveur and Rue Ecuyère.
It’s ideal for a romantic getaway or a business trip.
The apartment is close to restaurants, bars, and shops (a 5-minute walk from Place Saint-Sauveur)
The apartment features a main room with a sleeping area, a fully equipped kitchen, a breakfast bar, and a shower room.

Coffee and tea will be available for breakfast.
Everything you need for cooking is also available (stovetop burners, pans & pots, microwave, refrigerator, coffee maker, toaster), as well as dishes so you can eat here. We also provide shower gel and shampoo for your use.
Sheets are provided, as well as one bath towel per person.
The shower room was just renovated in February 2023.

Two bars, a tobacco shop, small neighborhood restaurants, and two bakeries are right next to the apartment (just a 2-minute walk), and a small supermarket is a 5-minute walk away for grocery shopping.
Place Saint-Sauveur is an 8-minute walk away (bars and restaurants), the very center of town is an 8–10-minute walk away (shopping, bars, restaurants), the Vaugueux neighborhood a 20-minute walk away (restaurants), and the Port of Caen a 20–25-minute walk away (bars and restaurants).
