Fine for 1 person, for 1 night.

Very good location and very clean. They have fitted a lot into a very small space. Good shower. Had an issue with the key, called the contact number and spoke to a helpful person. Managed to park on the street.

Very small. It's not a 1 bed flat. It's a studio space - everything is in one room. Felt quite cramped even for 1 person with a small dog, so 1 night was ok. You have to make up the bed,, but when just a sofa would be nice to have a cover or throw as the mattress is bare, and a bit stained.

Ciryll & charlene answer all questions and resolve every enquiries right away, even they allow me to leave my belongings in the place before check in.

Un petit studio sur mesure

L'emplacement est idéal. Pas de vis à vis et de vue sur la rue très passante. C'est calme tout en étant central. Le studio est très fonctionnel : super bien équipé dans un minimum de place.

Il fait beaucoup trop chaud dans les toilettes et nous avons même éteint le radiateur du séjour qui d'ailleurs s'est mis à faire du bruit. Quand le lit est déplié, il ne reste pas beaucoup de place mais ce n'était pas trop gênant. Étonnés de n'avoir trouvé qu'une seule grande tasse ou mug pour le petit déjeuner alors que nous venions en couple.

l'emplacement. Hébergement très bien situé. Proche du centre de Caen et des transports en commun. Je n'ai pas vu mes hôtes, mais ils ont répondu à mes questions rapidement.

Le bruit des voisins jusqu'à une heure tardive le soir. Le lit petit et peu confortable Ces deux éléments m'ont empêché de bien dormir. Dommage

Une très mauvaise expérience... C'est scandaleux pour le prix!

La photo du lit est trompeuse laissant croire qu'il y a deux places de couchage alors qu'il n'y a qu'un canapé pour une personne! Pas de linge de literie ni de toilette alors que 10 euros ont été prélevés pour "le linge de lit"! Une pièce regroupant WC, douche et lavabo minuscule. Une seule chaise pour deux, etc. etc.....

Lugar céntrico y tranquilo. Relación calidad -precio. El apartamento estaba muy limpio.

El microondas está situado muy alto con el peligro que conlleva tener que subirte a un soporte de dos escalones. Seria interesante disponer de tostadora.
