Liked the shower . It was good location . Wifi was good . Nice and modern .

That there was no parking just on street so sometimes had to drive round a bit to find parking . We had to use the sofa bed it was very uncomfortable and was very noisy through night with traffic and heard people shouting so didn’t sleep great .

Spacious apartment in a central location in Caen

Great location! The apartment is very spacious with separate bedroom that is an advantage since my husband can watch TV and I can relax in the bedroom.

We have stayed in this unit many times over the past year. It missed a few chairs! The dinning room is only 3 benches and it is not comfortable to sit when you have to do work. We also stayed in the London apartment that is smaller but it has a small table a 4 folding chairs which gives more flexibility. I would recommend that the property adds 2 folding chairs.

Good central location, clean, spacious and bright apartment.

Some initial email communication was confusing, about contract, outside door, etc. The bedding was nylon and hot, making sleep uncomfortable. Unfortunately not up to the standard of the rest of the apartment.

It is in a nice area. Very close to the city centre. It is clean and a good size for a family to stay. Good wifi and nice host and is reasonably prices.

Good location in the centre of Caen, new appartment, clean.

The equipment (cooking gear) in the appartment is really very basic. Also no cooking ingredients except for salt and pepper ... I understand that there is no coffee or tea upon arrival (although in all other places we visited this was the case), but it is simply impossible to make coffee (no coffee machine, not even a filter to make filter coffee, the host suggested we could buy and drink instant coffee powder). This makes breakfast in the morning a little but less pleasant ... Also, this is one of the places where a caution needs to be paid in advance, which is returned after leaving the place, if there is no damage. However, this is not really acceptable because there is no proof of how the state of the appartment is upon arrival, so in principle the host could claim any prior damage as well. Having said this, we had a problem with paying this caution, and the host waived this for us, for which we are obviously grateful.

Appartement pratique et cosy, très bien situé dans le centre de Caen

Nous avons séjourné pour la 2e fois dans cet appartement: très bien situé en centre-ville non loin de la patinoire et de l'hippodrome. Parfait pour notre séjour de 2 jours 2 nuits. Appartement très propre, pratique et bien aménagé. Procédure d'arrivée simple. Le logement est facilement accessible, proche à pied de toutes les commodités, les hotes sont très facilement joignables et gentils. Je recommande.

El apartamento tiene un tamaño bueno y la situación es cercana a lugares de interés para poder ir paseando.

No tiene aire acondicionado y aunque nos dejaron tres ventiladores, hay que tener las ventanas abiertas y al estar en una avenida de tráfico hay mucho ruido. Hace mucho calor y tienes que estar con la persianas bajadas para que no entre el sol, por lo que la luz es poca y el calor elevado. Difícil dormir, o tienes el ruido dentro o te mueres de calor.

Les fenêtres qui ne s’ouvrent pas mais s’entrouvrent et qui n’apportent aucune isolation phonique dans cette rue très bruyante : nous n’avons pas pu beaucoup dormir… Le canapé lit qui ne se déplie pas : on dort sur le canapé banquette donc plus de canapé pour s’asseoir une fois le lit fait Pas de lave vaisselle

La ubicación es muy buena. Cerca de los lugares turísticos. Enfrente hay una parada de bus. Es un apartamento amplio, bien equipado. La entrada y salida muy fácil y práctica. La persona está pendiente en todo momento.

El elevador no tenía luz, en ciertos momentos de la noche al subir no se ve nada. Fue un poco incómodo. El refrigerador tenía un olor desagradable

L'appartement est très bien situé, près du théâtre, en plein centre de Caen, non loin de l'abbaye aux hommes et près du port de plaisance, facile d'accès par l'autoroute pour ceux qui aiment bouger. Le lit et le canapé sont très confortable, ce qui n'est pas si fréquent, et l'appartement est spacieux, ce qui est très agréable. Enfin, pour ceux qui aiment la ville, la vue est belle et dégagée, offrant de l'espace. Le seul bémol est la circulation, calme au demeurant, mais qui pourrait gêner ceux qui ne supportent pas le bruit des voitures. La nuit cependant, c'est très silencieux. Le propriétaire est très disponible, joignable, organisé, accueillant.

Appartamento con un ampio soggiorno dalle grandi finestre, molto luminoso. Angolo cottura minimale ma comunque utile anche per 4 persone. Camera matrimoniale anche qui con grandi finestre, armadio e letto comodo, dimensioni giuste per 2 persone. Il proprietario si è dimostrato cortese e puntuale nel risolvere una situazione spiacevole.

La mancanza di parcheggio nelle immediate vicinanze, a 200 metri c'è un parcheggio coperto ma il costo alla fine si fa sentire.
