Appartement très spacieux, rénové avec goût, fonctionnel, silencieux, et proche de la gare et du centre.
Il manquait les serviettes mais on nous les amenées tout de suite.

I loved this apartment! Very nicely decorated and comfortable. Lots of storage, more than I needed as a solo traveler. There's no lift and it's on the 2nd floor (3rd floor for North Americans). But the stairs were a gentle climb. The location is a 4 minute walk from the train station and trams. Caen has a great transit system so it's easy to get around without a car. If you have a car, the dedicated parking spot was very helpful.
I would definitely stay here again!
I wish there was a better lamp in the living room, rather than just a ceiling light.

Lovely apartment with 2 bedrooms and three TVs. The location was close to the train station. Not the best area, however we never felt unsafe. The bed was comfortable and the kitchen had all the pots, pans, plates, and utensils. The bathroom was very nice with a big shower, plenty of hot water, and a heated towel rack. It had a great washing machine and dishwasher as well. There is a door in the back and one in the front to enter the apartment building. Use the blue fob on the door to enter the building.
The apartment is lovely. For those who prefer a lift, this apartment has several flights of stairs. I was unable to turn on the heat, although it wasn't that cold. It would be nice to have instructions regarding the heat. I could have called the host, but honestly, it just wasn't that chilly.

A friendly host, helped us find the gate and everything. The apartment has a nice interior, all basic facilities are there, comfy beds.
The toilet has a leakage and sometimes difficulties to flush, I messaged about this problem to the host.
The couch was not an extra sleeping spot and no extra bed linen available, the beds are just double beds, so less suitable for a group of friends.
