It was a very good decision to book the property for two nights stay, apartment requires a little refresh (floor panels,

- Location was good, close to the old town, city market (Sunday) and local Supermarket. - Private parking spot - Spacious rooms - All facilities

- Extraction fan you can’t turn off… it’s been working all day and night.

Great apartment with good location in a fantastic city!

The apartment is in a very good location. The city center is only a 5-10 minutes walk, a shop is only 2-3 minutes away, but it is still in a quiet part of the city. You can relax after a long day. It is well equipped, clean, well furnished. Ideal for even a longer stay. It is hard to find free parking space on the street, so we really appreciated the private parking lot. It was a pleasent surprise that it had a roof and it's gate can be locked. It is like az own garage. Although it could be narrow for larger cars.

Appartment was comfortable, clean, and well situated. Good value. Quiet day and night. Dishwasher and washing machine a great bonus. Responsive host.

The sofa bed needs replacing. The covering is heavily worn, not that comfortable, and needed repairing during our stay. Kitchen - basically OK but no lids for the saucepans

Very good location close to Caen centre

Location in the city is great, the apartment is spacious and comfortable, lots of light and air thanks to a corner location and number of tall windows.

There were no cutleries at all - not even one spoon! It would really be handy to have available at least one set of spoon, fork, and knife. The only sensible option for parking a larger car (i.e. minivan) is on the street - the space provided by the property owners is too small - if driving a bigger car, park on the street - it’s safe.

Plenty of space inside. Secure and safe with electric shutters. All appliances clean and functional. 1 minute walk to Lidl supermarket and canal.

An enjoyable stay in Caen in a central apartment close to everything you need.

Excellent location.We could walk into the town centre, to the train centre and to a local venue easily and safely.It only took around 20 minutes by car to get to the property from the ferry terminal. The property was clean and warm, it had everything we needed. The area was quiet but a short walk took you into the town centre where there was a huge choice of bars and restaurants Off road parking was great to have. We discovered that Caen is a really nice town with lots of historic buildings, museums and a great selection of independent shops as well as larger brands.

It did not appear clear which apartment was ours once inside the communal hallway. The bed was not very comfortable and the pillows were soft and uncomfortable. The actual duvet had marks on it. The bathroom cabinet did not close and that and it’s position made it impossible to either brush your teeth or wash your face without getting the floor wet. There could be more information on Caen itself in the apartment as it is a great place to visit. More mugs please !

A sweet little self contained flat, very clean and modern.

A sweet little self contained flat, very clean and modern. It is well equipped and we felt at home straight away. In the morning it was just a short stroll along a quiet path to Lidl where we bought good breakfast croissants and everything else we needed. We would have loved to stay longer than just an overnight stop en route to Finistere from the ferry port, and would certainly book here again as it would be perfect for exploring the interesting town centre of Caen.

Parking was available as requested, but we found that our car was too low to the ground to go down the ramp to the parking space so we parked on the road, which was not actually a problem. That was particular to our vehicle though, and I'm sure that a smaller, higher car would have been able to park just fine.

Lovely modern apartment with everything you could need. Light and bright excellent location for a short stroll along the canal to bar and restaurants parking an excellent advantage. What a little gem just out of town centre communication with host almost instant supermarket around the corner😍

Appartement vieillissant, pas très propre. Fils électriques apparents, odeurs désagréables, lavabo peu pratique dans la salle de bain, douche étroite, Scotch apparent pour tenir porte ou llacard

Les serviettes de bain, le parking pour se garer devant (mais pas y entrer, exigu et pentu) et la cafetière Krups.

Logement au mobilier cheap, vaissellerie pauvre, literie pitoyable, éclairage unique et violent en mode pleins phares de bagnole dans la figure, pas de luminaires d'appoint. Immeuble moche.

Appartement sympa pour une courte villégiature

le logement était très proche du centre ville et du port, sa facilité de stationnement gratuit malgré le stationnement proposé avec l'appartement inaccessible malheureusement pour mon véhicule qui était trop large(SUV). Nous avons également apprécié la rapidité des réponses des propriétaires.

juste pour un usage de détente: le confort du canapé, les coussins ne l'améliorent pas et pour la tête il vaut mieux prévoir un casque

Très bon moment dans cet appartement

Appartement très bien situé à proximité du port et très propre. Le plus est la place de parking à disposition. La communication avec les hôtes est très fluide et toutes les informations sont communiquées 24h avant l'arrivée. Il y a tous les équipements nécessaires, y compris lave vaisselle et machine à laver. Merci c'était top

Quelques petits points de rien du tout. Nous étions 3. La housse de couette et les oreillers auraient pu être préparés. Le lit n'est pas très agréable lors de l'assise mais la nuit ça va.

Struttura accogliente e curata ,host attento e presente alle richieste.Abbiamo scelto Caen come base per visitare la Normandia ed è stata un’ottima scelta.Avere a disposizione il parcheggio privato è sicuramente una grande comodità per chi come noi ha deciso di visitare questi luoghi con la propria auto.
