This functional and fully equipped apartment is close to public transportation, downtown, parks and nightlife.
Enjoy this triplex for comfort, the decor, the view, location and people. Perfect for couples, solo travelers, business travelers and families (with children).
This atypical apartment is a 50sqm apartment on 3 floors called triplex.
When you arrive in the apartment by the outside staircase, leading into a small private course, you enter through the middle floor is the kitchen. You will therefore find two staircases:
1 to access the upper floor which gives access to the bedroom and the bathroom with its corner washing machine / dryer.
1 to access the lower floor which gives access to the lounge with its sofa bed, a desk and a dining area with a table and 4 chairs.
In each level you will also find a TV with all the channels of DTT and broadband connection over wifi with fiber.
The living room has the particularity to be semi-buried and therefore be slightly below the level of the pedestrian street, you can see from the window, which gives a close with the bar way street / restaurant.
Most people appreciate the warm decor and minimalist design and practice of the apartment and its proximity to all amenities. This apartment is located in a quiet but close to busy street as the nightlife of the city.
