- gute Lage, also nicht weg von Caens Innenstadt - Wohn- und Schlafzimmer sehr schön eingerichtet und bequem - Küchenausstattung war gut - Schlüsselübergabe war sehr unkompliziert - kostenloses WLAN war top - Fernseher benutzbar

- Badezimmer weist einige Mängel auf (Badewanne eng, Duschkopfhalterung fast ab, Platz um die Toilette sehr klein, Badläufer verklemmt die Tür) - Wasserhahn in der Küche spritzt Wasser in alle Raumrichtungen

Ванна выглядит плохо, плохой душ. Надо менять и делать там ремонт. место в ванной мало. Расположен далековато от вокзала, если идти пешком 40мин

Manque de verres , d'une casserole, d'un grille pain. Manque d'un rideau transparent pour s'isoler du vis à vis. Escalier extérieur très bruyant. Toilettes cachées derrière la porte de la salle de bain Minuscule.
