Nice appartment to visit Caen. Parking directly in front, and thanks to the video the host sent also a very easy check-in. Comfy bed and VERY fast wifi.

L'appartamento è situato in una zona residenziale all'interno di un parco, con comoda possibilità di parcheggio. Ha un buon livello di comfort, la cucina è stata molto utile e funzionale. Buona anche la pulizia. La posizione consente di raggiungere il centro in pochi minuti, sia con l'auto che prendendo l'autobus.
L'appartamento non è dotato di impianto di climatizzazione. Durante il soggiorno abbiamo preso l'ondata di caldo anomalo e abbiamo sofferto non poco durante la notte. Magari, siccome in Normandia le temperature sono generalmente fresche, si potrebbe dotare l'appartamento di un ventilatore per le emergenze.

Prachtig modern appartement. Smaakvol. Het bed was prima. De keuken geweldig. De badkamer ok. Alles was er.

Bij aankomst bleek dat het bed kapot was...mij zeggen dat ik de bedlatjes zelf moest veranderen.. rond 20 h30 nog iemand sturen om te komen kijken.. volgens Patrick zijn zoon.. bleek achteraf niet zijn zoon te zijn ..ons de eerste nacht gewoon op de grond laten slapen.. ondanks hij het reeds wist voor 18 h dat het bed kapot was...waterkoker was vuil van binnen.. overal spinnen rage.. ik vroeg me af of het appartement wel was schoon gemaakt voor we kwamen..rond hangen juke's aan de overkant.. sorry dat was het niet
