Ticked all the boxes. Despite the issue would still recommend.

Good location, close to buses and access around Caen .

The shower drain was backed up and we spent time trying to sort it. It meant very quick showers to avoid drowning the floor. This was obviously an ongoing issue as there was drain unblocker available. The owner was helpful but it still used up a good portion of our stay and not the nicest job trying to unblock someone else's drain. However it was still a very good rental and hopefully will be sorted by the owner soon.

Stressed, unhappy. Host didn’t send access information until the last five minutes before entry time

The property hadn’t been cleaned on our arrival, dirty towels on the bathroom floor, bed linen not changed, rubbish in the kitchen. Host didn’t know anything about it. Host very unaccommodating. Blocked drains and bathroom flooded.

logement bien équipé (machine à laver, lave-vaisselle); bonne connexion WIFI; parking idéal pour garer sa voiture; Carrefour City et Picard à proximité; 15 min en voiture du centre de Caen;

l'hygiène, surtout dans la cusine, à revoir ... manque de produits d'entretien (crème à récurer, produit pour le calcaire); le bruit du lit; les voisins du dessus qui vivent de jour comme de nuit avec un chien (je pense) qui court; les voisins d'en face avec leur cabanon où ils coupent du bois dans leur jardin;

Le parking gratuit les petits commerces a proximité et restaurants , le prix de la location et abordable

L'hygiène dans le studio laisse a désiré écoulement de douche difficile , poussière et toile d'araignée dans la cuisine , la vaisselle était pas propre du tout les éponges non plus poiles et saleté dessus , pas de liquide vaisselle , les draps avaient l'air propres mais le matelas ne l'étais pas du tout , la première nuit n'a pas été calme du tout un peux dessus pour la tranquillité , la deuxième c'est très bien passé

Caen pour le travail

La communication avec l'hôte a été fluide et efficace dans les instructions. L' appartement est refait à neuf et très propre (à part les ustensiles près de la plaque = couverts de poussière) L'essentiel est là et la décoration fait qu'on s'y sent bien très rapidement. Appartement bien isolé car le palier était enfumé par la cigarette et on ne sent rien de l'intérieur. Environnement calme.

buona soluzione per soggiorni brevi

ottima posizione sia per visitare la città che se si è di passaggio. Quartiere tranquillo con vicino anche stazione di ricarica per auto elettrica. Camera molto grande con molti confort. Proprietario disponibile e preciso nel dare informazioni, facile tutto all'arrivo. Buon rapporto qualità prezzo

il bagno andrebbe completamente rivisto: scarichi che fanno fatica a scaricare e water che andrebbe rifatto (basterebbe anche una pulizia un po' più accurata all'interno). il resto della casa è ad un livello superiore, ma con il bagno si poteva fare di più, mancano dei ripiani per appoggiare gli oggetti e avrei gradito qualche asciugameno in più (un solo asciugamano a persona per tutto per due notti è un po' poco).

Wohnung war wie beschrieben. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten zu Fuß erreichbar. Ruhige Lage, kurze Entfernung zum Zentrum.

Die Wohnung ist recht hellhörig. Die Toilettenspülung kam an ihre Grenzen 🙃

Zeer aangenaam verblijf met een thuisgevoel

Alles is in de studio voor handen om je verblijf te laten aan te voelen als thuiskomen. De uitleg voor het vinden van de sleutel en het appartement in de residentie werd perfect doorgegeven via foto's in whatsapp voor aankomst.

Je moet steeds auto nemen om boodschappen te doen of om iets te gaan bezichtigen of eten.
