Spacious apartment (50 m2 approximately), bright, with a bedroom with a 160x200 bed, an equipped kitchen (electric oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge with freezer compartment, Nespresso coffee machine, toaster, kettle ...), bathroom with double sink, shower, washing machine, separate toilet, living room with corner sofa, TV with flat screen, Bluetooth base ... Dressing room in the hallway. Balcony, electric shutters.

The environment of the residence is airy and well maintained with two pretty fountains. Various shops in the immediate vicinity (400 meters) (bakery, butcher, grocery store, fruit and vegetable shops, pharmacy, etc.) also, 3 supermarkets nearby. Market in the neighborhood every Wednesday morning.
Nearby: (5 minutes maximum by car): performance hall (ZENITH), exhibition center, football stadium, MEMORIAL museum, golf, racetrack, greenway along the Orne (jogging, hiking, rollerblading, bikes ), sports equipment and nautical stadium ...

City bus (10 minutes from downtown Caen and the castle of William the Conqueror).
Many free parking spaces around the residence; a private place is available if necessary. The tourist tax (compulsory) is included in your payment.

Appartement très fonctionnel, situé dans un quartier calme. Très bon accueil avec le propriétaire le premier jour. Nous avons apprécié les petites friandises mises à notre disposition pour le premier soir au cas où nous n'aurions pas eu le temps de faire des courses. Propreté impeccable

Die Wohnung besteht aus Schlafzimmer, Wohnzimmer, Küche, Toilette und Bad. Ausstattung und Sauberkeit ohne Makel. Die Vermieter waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Sogar eine "Startausstattung" lag im Kühlschrank bereit. Die Wohnung liegt im 3. OG eines größeren Wohnblocks (kein Aufzug). Mit dem Bus ist man in 10 min. günstig in der Innenstadt. Parkplätze sind in der Straße vorhanden, es gibt aber auch einen privaten Parkplatz direkt nebenan (mit Schranke). Fahrräder wurden zudem zur Verfügung gestellt. ... keine Wünsche offen.

Apparemment lumineux,bien agencé, calme, propre, pas de problème pour stationner(gratuit), proche de toutes commodités et à 8mn environ du centre ville en voiture sinon bus en bas de l'immeuble. Propriétaire très accueillants.

L'appartement est très agréable, bien équipé et très propre. Il est facile d'accès depuis les grands axes et la ville de Caen. La voiture peut être stationnée facilement et si on le souhaite les transports en communs sont à proximité. Les propriétaires sont très accueillants. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cette région . A partir de Caen on accède en peu de temps à la mer ou à la campagne normande et la ville propose plusieurs monuments et musées à visiter.

On a été dans cette maison pendant notre vacance en Normandie. On a eu 9 jours parfaits, l'appartement est super bien equipé, très très propre, beaucoup de lumière et très frais. Dans la cuisine on a tout ce qu'on necessite pour cuisinier comme si on était chez nous, très pratiques aussi le lave-linge et tous les espaces pour laisser les valises et les vetements. Eric et Florence sont très accueillant et pleins de conseils à donner. Je conseille fortement ce lieu et sans doute je vais sauver ce contact...."je vais revoir ma Normandie". Merci encore por tout! L'appartement est bien situé, proche du centre et des axes routiers. Il est très bien équipé et les propriétaires sont très sympathiques. La Normandie est une très belle région avec des activités variées. On reviendra !

L'appartement est situé dans un quartier très calme à l'extérieur de la ville de Caen. Il est très propre et très bien équipé. Il correspond parfaitement à la description faite sur le site. Nous y avons passé un excellent séjour. Les propriétaires sont d'une gentillesse extrême, à l'écoute et toujours prêts à rendre service.
