Great place and location, poor communication

Location and parking.

We had to wait until a stranger turned up to let us into the main area because there is a security door on the flat, the keys to which were inside, I tried to call the number given but it was never answered. If the lady never turned up to go to her accommodation we would have been left outside.

Nearby there were restaurants and a bar and the apartment was on the direct bus route into the city. The apartment was quiet and had a full range of appliances if you wished to stay in and cook. Nearby was a supermarket and a boulangerie.

We had absolutely no complaints.

Hostitel nejprve nereagoval na zprávu, kde jsme požadovali informaci. Jak se dostaneme do ubytování a kde najdeme klíče. Až když jsem napsala přímo na booking, obdržela jsem zprávu 2 hodiny před příjezdem na ubytování. Jelikož jsme přejížděli 700 km, tak to bylo dost stresující, když jsme v dostatečném předstihu nevěděli, zda budeme mít, kde spát.

Appartement joli et spacieux , propre et bien organisé. Proche du palais des congrès

La box ne marchait pas (faux contacts?) donc pas de wifi Jài voulu téléphoner à la personne d’accueil, mais la messagerie était saturée donc pas de réponse et J’avais envoyé un sms un peu plus tôt pour avoir une info concernant le parking , pas de réponse…
