Ok for a quick stop over for the ferry to Portsmouth for 1 night but not for us.

We liked the fact it had parking. The shutters were a bonus to block out the light from the street lamp directly outside the window.

The studio looked ok but we discovered a lot of mould and moisture, there was a dehumidifier which we had to empty 3 times in one day… the curtains were dirty from the mould at the bottom and mould on the walls under the window, there was a television but it was not connected to anything so pretty pointless unless you travel with a firestick etc… there was a dishwasher but there weren’t any tablets/ no rinse aid / no salt so again pretty pointless. Didn’t use the shower as it was not very clean ( booked into a hotel just to use the shower there) only 3 small towels provided for 5 night stay!! Could have provided a few extra things just to make the first night comfortable. All in all, not good if you have asthma or breathing issues.. ok for a quick stop off, but would not stay there again - didn’t like the fact l was told to strip the bed at the end of my stay either.

Great location, needs a bit of maintenance.

So Spacious. Owners responded pretty fast. Parking is free at the back (unless you reach back very late and then you won't have any spaces to park in) Bed is comfy and supportive.

Owners state they do not provide body wash, or shampoo as part of toiletries which is also mentioned in the ad but we missed this. The place has no internet (which generally is a given in any place but our mistake for not checking this when booking) The sofa is stained. The bed mattress is stained. The shower cabinet overflowed due to blockage.

Logement très humide avec de la moisissure sur les murs et de l eau sur le sol. Le manque de couverts , c'est très succinct. Le grillé pain ne fonctionne pas

Dormir en pleno salón

Residencia tranquila, alejada del centro pero junto al tranvía. Estacionamiento gratuito en la parte trasera del edificio. El apartamento es amplio, con cocina completa, sala de estar y baño grandes. La cama de matrimonio está en el salón junto al sofá, y es muy cómoda.

La cocina no tiene puerta y entra un poco de luz de madrugada, los interruptores están lejos de la cama y hay algo de ruido por el tráfico.

L’appartamento è spazioso e silenzioso. Con parcheggio privato. Ha potenzialità che però non viene sfruttata

Il tostapane non funziona, non ci sono comodini e gli interruttori sono lontani dal letto, non molta disponibilità di stoviglie nonostante ci sia la lavastoviglie. Pochi asciugamani.

Mooie stad, gezellig uitgaanscentrum

Locatie ligt dicht bij een bakkerij en supermarktje. Voor andere zaken kan je beter de tram naar het centrum nemen. Het is te lopen (ca. 30 minuten), maar de wegen zijn niet echt op lopen ingericht op dat stuk. OV werkt prima en is niet duur. Caen is een mooie stad om door te wandelen en je kan er goed eten.

We hadden niet verwacht dat het appartement buiten het centrum lag, maar gelukkig wel dicht bij het OV. Vinden van het kluisje was even zoeken, ondanks dat hier foto's van waren opgestuurd. De laatste dag moesten we eerder uitchecken dan verwacht.

Piso comodo

El piso se encuentra a un km de la estación de tren. El barrio es tranquilo con muchas casitas y pocos edificios. Tiene bus y metro muy cerca. La panadería se encuentra a 50 metros y tiene también supermercados cerca. El piso es grande y cómodo. El anfitrión contesta rápidamente.

Creo que por este precio sería bueno poner wifi. La antena de la tele no siempre recibe bien. Habría que poner un protector de colchón y sábana nueva. Y faltaría una manta da usar en el sofá.
