Studio très bien aménagé et proche de la gare de Caen. Petit mais efficace avec une très bonne isolation phonique.

Très joli studio bien décoré et cosy, refait à neuf, bonne literie et bien chauffé. Un petit coin cuisine, bien équipé permettant de cuisiner. Une résidence propre, bien entretenue et calme.
Il y a un parking ce qui est un plus mais l’accès est assez compliqué. C’est un parking très étroit avec un risque de frotter sa voiture. Du coup nous avons préféré nous garer dans la rue.
La douche est un peu étroite pour les personnes qui sont un peu grandes. Le studio, même s’il est très bien aménagé et un peu petit. On peut pas rester trop longtemps maximum deux personnes.

コンパクトだけど可愛くて、必要なものが全て整っていた。オーナーさんがとても優しかった。
入り口が分かりにくかった。
お湯が途中で出なくなってしまい、シャワーが寒かった。

Place de parking dans l’immeuble
Ce n’était pas propre,
Ça sentait bien la javel, mais on a trouvé des cafards.
