Bien proche de la gare de Caen, dans rue calme. Accès facile et retour rapide du propriétaire. Spacieux confortable et la terrasse est très agréable. Je recommande

Le joint entre le tuyau et le pommeau de douche était défectueux, donc il y avait des jets à pression qui allaient un peu partout quand on prenait une douche

- Eigener Autostellplatz - Sehr gute Ausstattung - Inhaber ist sehr freundlich und sprach auch genug Englisch zum Verständigen - Terrasse offen und schön, konnte sie wegen Regenwetter leider nicht nutzen - Unkomplizierter Checkout - Zimmer leise und kann gut abgedunkelt werden zum Schlafen - Stauraum ausreichend im Bad vorhanden
- Einzelne Ecken nicht sauber (Gitter am Bett, Heizungsstangen) - Anfangs leicht säuerlicher Geruch, ließ sich durch Lüften aber beheben - Im Kühlschrank stand noch eine halbe Flasche Eistee vom letzten Gast
