Comfortable, clean and well equipped flat in a great location very close to the railway station and a short walk to the city. Patrick was friendly and provided the information we needed for arrival and departure. .We spent time in Caen and took the train to Bayeux, Mont Saint-Michel and Rouen. Each was worth a visit. We would stay again and recommend.

Das Treppenhaus ist dringend allerdings rennovierungsbedürftig, das soll laut Vermieter aber bald gemacht werden.

Un séjour agréable et reposant dans un logement soigné.

Le logement était très propre, confortable et bien décoré. L’emplacement est pratique et calme, parfait pour se reposer. L’accueil était chaleureux et tout était bien organisé.

Logement idéal pour les voyageurs de passage et qui arrive par le train

L’emplacement à proximité de la gare et du tramway, les explications claires et précises pour récupérer les clés, tout le confort matériel à disposition ( électro-ménager, wifi, netflix)

Appartement correct mais ne recommande pas le quartier

Confort du lit.. Propreté. Disponibilité et gentillesse du propriétaire au téléphone.

Très peu d'isolation phonique avec le couloir et l'appartement d'à côté d'où on entend la tv , le réveil des voisins... Heureusement qu'ils étaient très calmes et qu'on a pas été dans l'appartement souvent. Quartier craignosse avec traffic de drogue et gens bizarres. Manque une cafetière classique. Pas de place de parking gratuit attitré. Cage d'escalier vieillissante et pas rassurante: Arrivés à 23h , ça sentait l'herbe ( majiruana) et l'appartement d'à côté était ouvert avec serrure cassée.
