Studio parfaitement fonctionnel, proche de la gare de Caen à environ 10-15min à pieds, pourvu d'un parking privé. Et propreté impeccable.
Il y faisait vraiment très chaud, pas possible d'ouvrir grand les fenêtres qui donnent sur le trottoir. Plutôt favorable hors été à mon sens.
Je n'ai eu connaissance du mode de remise des clés que 2h avant seulement.
Il y a trop de leds visibles la nuit (TV, aspirateur en charge), qui éclairent l'appartement.

La plaza de garaje.
Es un bajo que da a la calle y hace bastante calor y hay ruido. Nos hubiese gustado que las indicaciones para el check-in se nos hubiesen dado con mayor antelación.

Quiet area, easy check-in and check-out. The property is self-contained and works well for two - small lounge area, separate dining space, and a fully equipped kitchenette with induction hob, microwave, mini fridge and coffee maker. Private parking inside the property with a remote-controlled gate. Bathroom had a hairdryer, towels and a heated towel rail. Host replied to messages promptly. Some shops and cafés nearby, with bus stops close by for getting into the centre.
About 30 minutes on foot from the city centre. The ground-floor window faces the street, which affects privacy and noise - a neighbouring party ran late one night, and the doorbell rang several times at 2 am. The front door requires lifting the handle while turning the key to lock, which wasn't explained on arrival and caused repeated frustration. Smoke alarm was disabled. No toiletries provided. Step at the entrance limits accessibility.
