Just what we needed it to be.

In Caen for a concert, we were just 12 mins walk from the Zenith. Close to the centre/ shops etc too. Everything was great. The bed was comfortable. The kitchen had everything you could need. The shower was hot and great water pressure.

Do not recommend

Clean, well presented, good situation, near town centre.

No WiFi, no cork screw in France!!!! No towel in kitchen next to toilet after you wash hands, no drying up cloth, not easy to open front door without hurting hand, musty smell throughout the flat, most uncomfortable sofa. No information about the town like places to eat and no map of the town. No visitors book to write comments. The stairs up to the apartment are steep and not well maintained. The bed has a gastly plastic cover on the mattress.

L'appartamentino è molto carino e la posizione è molto buona. E' possibile trovare parcheggio perché nella via ci sono posti auto.

Per salire bisogna fare una rampa di scale, da considerare se i viaggiatori sono in età.

Apartamento a 15 minutos andando al centro muy cómodo y reformado por dentro. Aparcamiento cercano en la calle gratuito. En general es fácil aparcar. Buena relación calidad precio.

Solo dos cosas a mejorar. Le falta menaje de cocina y las sábanas de la cama y el apartamento en general olían bastante a humedad.

Studio très pratique et bien équipé, sur une rue certes passante mais calme (double vitrage). La literie est tout à fait correcte, et le logement calme. Il est un peu excentré, mais le quartier est sympa et comme j'aime marcher ça ne m'a pas du tout dérangé.

Was schoon, redelijk groot.

Geen wifi, handdoeken waren gastvrij gedrapeerd maar van mindere kwaliteit. Geen shampoo en douchegel, alleen Franse zenders op TV, bankje was niet comfortabel, bij open raam veel verkeerslawaai, bed was vrij smal. Parkeer moet je zoeken maar is uiteindelijk wel te doen.
