About this apartment rental
Splendid, large and bright F3 completely refurbished, located less than 8 minutes from the southern highway loop of Caen and the city center.
It is located on the raised first floor and can accommodate 3 people, free private parking (in front of the entrance of the accommodation), terrace and private garden.
Double glazed doors and windows with electric external blinds with remote controls.
Outside alarm, for your safety.
It consists of a fitted and equipped kitchen opening onto a large living room with a 1 person bed (if needed), TV and WiFi, a large bedroom with 1 Queen size bed (160x200), 2 bedside tables, TV, WiFi, office space, dresser, large cupboard with mirror and sliding doors..., a very nice bathroom with corner bath, large shower, bidet. Separate toilet.
Very good standing for respectful, serious and calm people, thank you.
Possibility to bring your small dog: (less than 15 kg): (above all: bring your equipment and not possible to leave him alone in the accommodation and do not climb on the beds and sofas).
Possibility to smoke: outside, on the terrace.
Possibility to bring your linen or alternatively, you can rent it:
- Bed linen rental: 12€ per bed, (beds are equipped with duvets and pillows).
- Towel rental (1 large and 1 small): 6€ per person.
- Cleaning at the end of your stay, if not done by you: 90€. If necessary: specify it when you make your reservation request, thank you.
- Arrival times between 4 and 7 pm (to be specified when you book.
- Departure times with exit inventory: between 8 and 11 am (to be specified on arrival). Thank you
