5 star hospitality 🌟
We had originally booked a standard double room, but on arrival we were told that we'd been upgraded to the deluxe sea view room at no extra charge! It was a lovely surprise! The room was absolutely beautiful in every way. Very clean, spacious, comfortable with a beautiful elegant- slightly retro- design. Staff were also very friendly. Would highly recommend to anyone and look forward to staying again.

It was nice apart from the stairs.
Lovely location and staff were very friendly. Very clean and had most of the amenities however, the heated towel rails in the bathrooms were cold in the morning and the Netflix access was only for a limited time. A fridge would also be good to have in the rooms. We loved the showers and the water was nice and hot. The worst issue we had though was trying to get all our cases up the stairs. My parents are 84 and 85 years of age and I have a bad back, therefore this was not ideal. We could not see anywhere on the website where it stated stairs to all bedrooms.
