We had an extremely relaxing stay in a large comfortable room with a touch of quirkiness and a lovely view over the water. Parking was easy and close (although parking right out the front of the hotel generally wasn't possible). A nice, short coastal walk starts directly outside the hotel.
You had to pay extra for breakfast (in the hotel restaurant) and the quality was inconsistent. As stated in relation to what we liked, the location was great for relaxation. However, most "tourist attractions" are outside Rosses Point itself and dining options in Rosses Point are limited, so, while it is a good base, you need to have a car. We found that parking in Sligo Town itself when we drove in was a bit of a nightmare.

It's so hard to book because it's always booked out! If they expanded though it wouldn't have the same relaxed feel. 😊
