Everything was great, comfy room and beds, room and ensuite were spacious and clean with lovely decor. It was nice and quiet too! Location is great, just across the road from the road down to Streedagh Strand and there's a SuperValu just a few feet away too. Very reasonably priced for two people and a lovely breakfast. Definitely would stay again!

Very comfortable stay, great breakfast

Room was lovely, very unique with the raised bed which our toddler loved. Room was clean, spacious and fully equipped with anything that we would have needed for our stay. The breakfast was delicious and set us up for the day.

There was no clarity as to where we should check in / out and we were disappointed to arrive and discover that the takeaway wasn't open even though it was advertised as being open, which meant we needed to travel back into Sligo to get dinner with our toddler.

Sligo trip

Small, cosy, friendly. The room had kettle, and cartons of water, tea/coffee were very welcome. Breakfast choice was good. Room bright & airy. Good shower. Close to garage, supermarket, shops & pubs,restaurant in nearby Cliffony.

Bit of outside traffic, this is to be expected as it is on the main road. Being above a bar might not suit everyone, but I knew this when booking, so no surprise. Handy for a nite cap, though, so not really a negative.

The staff were so friendly and accommodating. Accommodation was lovely. Hot water for showers and good power in it also. Fan in the room for the hot weather during our stay. Only a few minutes from bundoran. The kids loved it. Breakfast was also fab

Lovely place but too noisy

The place is very charming, the hosts are lovely, and the breakfast was amazing!

The room was very noisy: we could hear everything from the neighboring rooms and from outside… There was a loud fan noise coming from outside that kept us from sleeping unfortunately.

We liked the information that the host gave us for sight seeing in the area. The staff were great. Breakfast was very good. The location was perfect.

Our single beds were very bouncy and not particularly comfortable- for us. We prefer a firmer mattress. Others may prefer the softer bed.

Clean rooms

I had high hopes for my stay, but unfortunately, the experience was impacted by significant noise disturbances. Around 4am, I was awoken by loud commotion from neighboring rooms—what sounded like guests locked out and others continuing a loud gathering well into the early morning. Despite the late hour, the noise persisted until around 5:30am, making it difficult to get proper rest. It appears that there is no staff presence on-site overnight, which left guests to manage disturbances on their own. While the setting and accommodations have potential, I believe a clearer system for addressing noise complaints or having on-site support after hours would greatly improve the guest experience. This stay may suit those seeking independence and a more hands-off approach, but light sleepers or those seeking a quiet, restful environment may wish to confirm policies around noise and staff availability in advance.

This is my 2nd stay here and was woken up to loud shouting and banging at 4am in the B&B. Seems to be people drinking in the room next. Could not sleep most of the night due to this and no on site staff to deal with it. Very disappointed because of this.

Location, the appeance, the staff. Everything looked freshly painted. Ed, to he owner was very helpful. The breakfast was more than enough to fuel you up.

Fabulous place to stay, friendly staff, lovely rooms and great location

The room was fabulous, brilliantly laid out for a family with twin and double beds. The bar downstairs was busy and the staff and locals were really welcoming, even had live music for a bit, we couldn’t hear any noise in the room and had a great view of the mountain behind us. The breakfast was lovely, nothing too much bother. Also the road opposite leads you to the Spanish Armada site and a lovely beach.
