Super clean, new and very friendly staff with a modern layout, something I’d not experienced throughout the rest of my stays in Ireland…
Fabulous shower!!
Unfortunately, the super modern clean styling of it means you hear absolutely everything anyone does or says… I was in room one right by front door so even on a quiet evening in terms of guests as they came in after me and stayed chatting in the lounge area at 2300 it kept me up, then at 0600 room two was up and about and again heard everything. Some carpet or more soft furnishings would help reduce the sound. I’m not fussy, I stay away 1-3 nights a week every week, and very rarely ever make a comment but this place is so nearly brilliant……

Spotlessly clean. Good location a short walk from the main streets.
Room was fine for a singly or maybe a couple but not sure how 3 people could move around with ease. Was peeved to find myself, having paid in advance, to be pretty-much ordered to give my card details...in case of damage?! What kind of clientele are they used to?! To then find no staff there at departure time to show that my room was undamaged was disappointing...I took photos in case of any shenanigans...
