Great little cost effective place to stay. Bed was lovely. Bathroom nice and clean. Host was lovely and helpful.
Little bit noisy but that was from fellow guests and not the fault of the property. Door to bathroom a little hard to close.

Great location, great value, very clean and modern room, great communication from the owner, the building felt secure and it was lovely and quiet at night.
The only slightly annoying this was that the sound insulation between rooms isn't amazing, so you can hear the people next door talking from time to time.

The location was good
The pictures of the property made it appear better than the reality of the situation. In essence it was a bedroom with en suite. The facilities, tea coffee etc. necessitated vacating you room to the communal hallway which we found unpleasant.
