The location was excellent, the TV worked very well, nice that they left an Amazon Prime account to use. The kitchen was good and I didn't have any issues with other guests.

The wifi password sent to me was wrong, I found it written down near the stairs, there was also a few stains on the bed sheets.

Functional and clean , well kept and comfortable and safe.

The heating was difficult to adjust ( probably my fault ). Lol But in January the room was lovely and warm and the underfloor heating in the on suite was fabulous.

Lovely host, very prompt and accommodating. Great quality duvet and pillows - super cozy. Very warm room and lovely decor. Very clean.

Can't think of anything major at all, I would happily re-book this. One suggestion would be a tea towel in the kitchenette so we can dry and put away dishes. Very minor!

Hair on bathroom floor and in the shower. Shower tray looked like it hadn’t seen a good cleaning in a while. Clothes on the deep window sill got soaked from condensation. Water on the floor by the window. Potentially caused by condensation run off.

I greatly appreciated the quality bedding - feather pillow and duvet. It makes a big difference. Also the take away coffee cups. Beautifully decorated room and quality fittings and fixtures.

My only suggestion would be a few plates for heating microwave food.

Great location, near the station and a short into town. The room was very clean, with comfy beds. The shower was strong, and there was plenty of toilet paper and towels. There were tea and coffee facilities downstairs, with a small seating area. We felt very welcome, a very well appointed lodge.

The location was good

The pictures of the property made it appear better than the reality of the situation. In essence it was a bedroom with en suite. The facilities, tea coffee etc. necessitated vacating you room to the communal hallway which we found unpleasant.

Good place to stay for a few nights

The location is great, a few steps away from the main coach station as well as the local bus connecting to Strandhill. A pub and a Centra are also a few steps away. The room was clean and the size was good. The location itself is quiet and one can catch a good night's sleep if the guest next door is not noisy.

The room gets damp after a shower even with the windows open. The body wash dispenser was broken. The bathroom blind drawstring was not working properly, so it was challengin to open the window.

Close to bus station. Comfortable bed. Bottles of water on arrival in room. Someone came out of work hours to help me with closing the window when I couldn’t get it back in its hinge. I had to close the window due to someone smoking outside it.

No extractor fan in bathroom and everything got wet and damp. Thin walls. Someone smoking outside my window . Window is only form of fresh air as no air con.

Very close to train station and short walk to Sligo town. Nice, basic room with comfy bed. Good shower. A bonus that there was a small kitchenette with tea, coffee facilities.

It seemed impossible to open the window. Also, as mentioned in other reviews, you can hear the upstairs guests as they move around or shower.

Comfortable and perfect to get some rest between travelling.

The room was the perfect location for us between travelling between Sligo and Ballyshannon. I chose this location due to it being close by to the bus station, it’s literally a couple of minutes over the road which was massively beneficial to cutting down travel time. The room was spotless and comfortable with a wonderful area downstairs to make a hot drink in the morning. The staff we’re really friendly when I spoke to someone over the phone regarding an early check in and we managed to get into our room a couple of hours ahead of schedule.

Good location, everything was good, tea and coffee facilities were great, hostels were responsive and clean and tidy.

I got the room without a window, there was one in the door opened little bit but that made me abit insecure. Tip: if you like window in your room, avoid room number 2. Always ask for room pictures before booking or moving in.

Great base to use if visiting Sligo

The room was compact but entirely suitable for our trip as we were out for most days. Nicely furnished, great shower with range of shower gel conditioner etc. Janine? the housekeeper we met was so friendly and helpful. If you are wanting a place to stay for events in Sligo town or the immediate locality this is ideally located just along from the bus and train station and no more than 5 mins walk into town. Bonus to have access to a comfy seating area with sink, washing up liquid & sponge, microwave fridge and kettle meant you didn't have to sit in the room all the time and could warm up food and drinks.

No fault of the property at all, but if you're travelling with a car it states on the information that parking is unavailable. There are a couple of spaces behind the property but when these are being used then it can be problematic. We found street and car parking in the town quite restrictive between 8.30-18.30. No charge outside of these times.

Comfortable bed and good shower. Bedside table. Good lights. Desk and chair. Arrival and departure arrangements were very efficient. Just a short walk to restaurant area in the centre.

I'll be back for the cheerful staff, the bright, well-appointed room, and the convenient location.

The mini-lounge and fully equipped mini-kitchen just outside my door - shared with only one other room (whom I never saw) were a brilliant bonus. Free Wifi, sitting on a sofa, free coffee, croissant bought just a minute walk away - lovely.

Just a small recommendation: a little dusk-activated motion-sensor light near the outside key box would be very helpful for after-dark arrival. It was hard to find, see, and juggle with a phone flash and umbrella. Also, a bit clearer signage and text-based (not email) notification for the two different entrances. I figured it out - but then became unofficial concierge for several other guests who did not. No prob, all part of travelling, but frustrating for those on a tighter schedule.
