Good sized and tastefully finished rooms - very comfortable.
Had dinner in the restaurant after arriving, myself and another member of the group ordered a steak sandwich. It tasted good but unfortunately the steak itself was lukewarm while the chips that came with it were piping hot. Staff all seemed very busy serving other tables - I felt they were understaffed.

Clean comfortable room with a lovely view of the river mouth, great central location and staff were very friendly
Breakfast was just OK with a limited selection, and the service was understaffed. Shower toiletries dispensers were broken. 0

Nice but could be a little better

Well situated
Lino flooring in bedroom. Very old hairdryer. No face cloths. No bottled water in bedroom. Over 12 euros for 2 very mediocre coffees and 2 slices of toast (that we had to toast ourselves)

Location was great right in the small but vibrant city of Sligo.

The location was very central, close to the shops, restaurants and pubs. The young staff were very helpful and pleasant. The decor of the hotel was good.
We had to pay €12 for parking in the hotel car park which is really unfair! The phone in the room wasn't working. There didn't seem to be a manager around...

Staff all very nice and helpful
Being able to control the temperature on the radiator
Duvets too thick and hot
It was windy and window made a whistling noise because the seal wasn't tight enough

Location was very good. The room was well equipped and modern. Plenty of space in the room. Lovely stay here and do recommend
We arrived and checked in. Tried to pay cash was told they didn’t accept cash. We were ready to walk away when the receptionist said she would call her manager. They agreed to take cash but couldn’t give change. What a joke. Why does the hotel not advertise this policy of not accepting cash?
The TV in our room was working on arrival. Next morning we couldn’t turn it on?

Nice hotel with good restaurant. I hear the spa is nice but I didn't have time and also the prices were a little steep. Plenty of hot water for my shower and the bed was comfortable. Decor was nice - especially the room lighting.
The room was very small. There was no place to open the suitcase except for putting it on the bed. Even for a solo traveller, the room was cramped. Very small space to hang clothes. The room was was warm and while the front desk turned off the rad, it was a bit too hot for sleeping. My room was at the back of the hotel so I didn't open the window as I could hear fan noise. I could also hear people walking above me and in the hallway. WIFI did not work. Not enough sockets near the bed. (USB socket near bed was not working)

Liked the room staff were nice and a good location
The room was not at all soundproof. Was put in the room where guests entered to go to their room and guests were very loud upstairs. I got very little sleep

Location is excellent is the centre of Sligo close to all nightlife.
Restaurant was very poor, Went with the Budda Bowl Vegetarian food option. Asked for it as main course and got a small bowl of salad smothered in sauce… No still or sparking water in the hotel. Offered tap water. Stayed in room 409, pretty small nothing special for just shy of €200 for the night room only.

Location, cleanliness, quality of decor.
Very nice white pudding & bacon, all the hot food was delicious.
Very generous bed, spotless everywhere.
Poor orange & cranberry juice. Fruit salad was just apples.
The bathroom was tight for space when opening the door.
I wanted coffee & scone at 4.30pm but was offered a dinner menu. Maybe suggest a good nearby coffee shop?

Beautiful place in a great location, pity about their staff
Reception staff made a call to the room less than 8 minutes passed checking out time. We were about to leave the room when the call came. Very much made us feel like we had overstayed our welcome. Very unprofessional!

It was new and clean, and an easy walk to shops and local action.
The room was small and noisy. We needed to keep the windows open for air and could hear traffic all night. In addition, there was noise from the stairway and a rhythmic pounding every twenty minutes from an unknown source.

Clean, comfortable room
The lack of street parking or an adequate sized hotel car park (the have maybe 10 spaces) would keep me from booking again. Street parking is max 2 hrs.
