Great leisure centre Very friendly staff Conor in bar was extremely friendly and helpful. An asset to the hotel.

Restaurant food average . Had a cheese cake which was thick and stodgy which I couldn’t finish. Had cheesecake in jacks bar on a previous night which was light and fluffy. The food in jacks bar was nicer.

Unfortunately most of the electric lights in the room didn’t work. Only bedside and bathroom. We arrived back very late so couldn’t tell anyone till morning. I reported it to reception and she said it would be reported to housekeeping. It was annoying and inconvenient for a room of this type.

At extremely busy times SPH really needs a bar facility in reception area. The layout of the Jack B Yeats is insufficient- well played the staff to tables.

Breakfast great. And barista coffee Location about 30 mins walk from central town but it meant we had a free car park which was not possible if we stayed more central.

Advertised that they had massage available at additional cost but when I enquired it was not the case.

This hotel felt like a home away from home with loads of added luxury, it was warm & welcoming.

Unfortunately, we didn't have time for breakfast, as my husband had to get to Galway for a hospital appointment, But, we were so impressed by our whole experience. This hotel was so lovely from staff to facilities to the rooms. We will definitely be back and we will highly recommend this hotel to everyone. We have to highly praise the staff in the hotel from Bar staff to restaurant staff and the reception staff, they all made us feel so welcome and couldn't do enough for us.

Nothing! it was faultless with every detail exceeding expectations. Perfect in every way. We had to check out at 6.30am as my husband had a hospital appointment in Galway early that morning, so we had to rush away. We will definitely be back again and hope to stay for breakfast next time.

Quick stay in Sligo, hotel offered all that was needed.

Good location, grounds are well maintained, staff were very friendly and helpful. Bed was very comfortable!

On arrival there was hairs in the bathroom sink. Jacuzzi could do with a clean and proper seats in the steam room.

The restaurent for dinner and breakfast were very good and staff were friendly all but 1

On arrival was told they had upgraded us to a executive room 301 with Voya products etc, what they failed to mention was the rooms heating system was not working and as the evening wore on it got colder so we complained and they finally agreed it was freezing and moved us to another room 109 which was warm and comfortable. Unfortunately, on two occasions the bathroom locked and we had to use our car keys to open it.

Good but expensive

Hotel was nice, big open reception/lobby area. Water in fridge, full stock of tea etc plenty of parking. Great check out time. Good breakfast set up. Staff all friendly

The Price! €250 A night in late September in Sligo is extremely expensive. A few small things: Extract fan needs to be cleaned, FOH needs to know the restaurants/bar food hours, Guinness(while never expected to be great) should be poured correctly and have domeage.

Staff were great as we arrived late at night but they gave us late checkout so we weren’t rushed in the morning. And called after we got to our room to check we had everything we needed given it was late. So thoughtful!

Absolutely amazing.

How spacious the rooms where and the size of the bed was class nice and big. The staff were were lovely and friendly. Over all stay was amazing and we definitely will be back.

The menu I didn't like that there wasn't a big variety on the evening meal. I would have actually preferred the lunch time restaurant menu for the evening. Also we were after a sandwich at lunch time but there was none available. Other than that we had a fantastic stay.
