We had several bookings with a large family group of 21. The hotel was extremely accommodating for our needs. The staff were very friendly, warm and welcoming. The hotel was spacious with lots of comfortable seating areas for us to gather as a family. We had family from the USA staying and they were very impressed with everything about the hotel. The rooms were spacious, modern and comfortable. the food was excellent and the staff were very attentive. I would definitely recommend the hotel.

Good breakfast, comfy beds, and staff were very friendly and helpful.
One kettle didn’t work. TV almost unwatchable due to poor connection/wifi. Main tv had no Netflix, Prime, Disney, etc., due to poor connection. Only there in evenings due to day trips, but not having a working tv to relax and distract kids in evening/morning wasn’t great.

I booked a twin room. It was spacious, clean and warm. The beds were very comfortable. Reception staff were friendly and efficient. I booked at the last minute and the rate was very reasonable.
I got lost in the corridors trying to find my way back to reception.

Breakfast was ok, we all left happy enough! Fried Eggs to order thankfully, not pre cooked in the heaters.
Rooms were clean & staff were all so so lovely! Kids loved the swimming pool… all be it a little cold!
The rooms were really dark, the lighting in every room was terrible. We stayed in a 2 bedroom family suite.
The kids tent we paid for was a bit thrown together.. not like the picture online! Wasn’t worth the money (kids still loved it, don’t get me wrong!)
The undercounter light in the kitchenette didn’t work!
