Location was brilliant, breakfast was buffet and very good, plenty of bars and restaurants, near the hotel ,

Great central location, and with parking.
Clean, comfortable, large room with a fabulous river view.
Lovely, helpful staff throughout the hotel.
Good breakfast, and I appreciate this being a served buffet, as I think buffets can be unhygienic and wasteful.
For a 4*, the hospitality tray was somewhat stingy. Only one packet of biscuits, and some herbal tea bags would be appreciated.
My husband said the bacon was tasty but almost impossible to cut.

Housekeeping was excellent.
Parking is very good (and free).
Location is perfect.
No drinking water provided in room, even when the only drinking fountain for the entire 4th floor was out of order.
Only cheap liquid soap provided.
