Everything was good apart from the bathroom.

Location was excellent and the atmosphere was good.

The shower was over the bath. Not suitable for elderly guests. Not acceptable in this day and age.

Very convenient,car park facilitates beside hotel,close to shops/bars/resturants.Staff were polite ,efficient and helpful.Our room located beside the river was very nice.Loved the heated towels in the bathroom,good shower.Beds a bit soft and slight odour from the bathroom but otherwise fabulous

Comfort and great service in a perfect location

The location is excellent, staff friendly, room comfortable and breakfast excellent. We were able to charge our EV in the car park. Dressing gowns and slippers are provided which is a great touch

The decor was a mix of elegant (the bedroom) and awful (the carpet on the stairs, the clashing colours in the restaurant)

Pleasant stay but expensive

Breakfast staff were welcoming & cheery

Bathroom had a bad smell of dirty drains & damp. Reported it three times out of a 4 night stay, but nothing appeared to be done to rectify the leaking tap. It leaked across the sink area onto floor. Leaving our toiletries soaked & floor wet. Had to pay extra every morning for an espresso coffee :(

Great that they have a vegan menu but the options weee poor, when I asked for a starter (salad) as a main I was told I would be charged double. €20 for a beetroot salad was too much so I just had a starter salad, it was delicious but would have been good to have slightly bigger as a main

Was bit noisey in the evening. Our upgraded room had a balcony and it left the room quite drafty too. That's only us being really fussy. Outstanding stay!
