Would recommend for a short stay in Beaune.

Good location, very close to the historic centre of Beaune. The studio was very clean and the washing machine was very useful. Dedicated parking space which was great.

Good overnight stay for visiting Beaune.

Convenient location, just a 5 minute walk to the centre of Beaune. Lovely to sit on the terrace at the end of the evening. Well -equipped and clean. Dedicated parking space.

Decent apartment in a good location

Property is close to the old town walls and has a decent kitchen, bathroom and washing machine. Lidl is close by for supplies. The wine left in the fridge was well worth the 20€ fee. Host communicates well.

New key was cut for the lock - I had trouble opening it (although everyone else seemed to get on fine with it).

A beautiful, well equipped studio near the town centre and its amenities.

The host gave excellent written and pictorial instructions enabling us to easily find the property and to gain entry. The studio is very well equipped, beautifully decorated and the availability of a powerful fan kept us cool. The studio is a short walk from the town centre with its bars, restaurants, shops and the wonderful 'Les Hospices de Beaune'. The little balcony was a welcome extra touch. Thank you for a relaxing and refreshing stay.

In the bathroom there is a small step where the floor level changes, some sort of demarcation would be helpful as someone could easily trip. There are also two levels in the living area, this is demarcated so no problems there.

It was okay, but marred by the loud neighbours. Bring earplugs or noise cancelling headphones.

Good location. The apartment is a good size for a short stay, and warm in winter.

The bathroom was rudimentary with a very small shower stall. The apartment is located at the entrance to the building so you hear all the comings and goings from the building. The second night we stayed, some of the neighbours were having a very loud party that kept us awake until 3am.

Excellent location and comfortable spacious accommodation.

The apartment is an excellent location around 5 min walk to the centre of Beaune with all it's attractions and restaurants. There is a v good boulangerie/patisserie within 2 min and a Lidl within 3 min. The room is a decent size and the kitchen area well equipped.

It was a little short on storage for clothes - not a problem for a short visit but would have been better to have say a chest of drawers if you were staying for say a week.

Exceptional

The location just outside the walled city of Beaune made it a perfect choice for anyone wanting to explore the city on foot. The apartment was very well equipped, and had free parking right near the door. The hostess was always available by messaging, and when I was not able to figure out the heating system for the apartment, she turned it in remotely, and explained how the system works. (I had been looking in the wrong places for the thermostat. The system was easy after I found out where to look).

Perfect

Great little studio, spacious enough and very comfortable. Very stylish elements give a cosy feel and private parking, comfy bed, private little idyllic balcony to have breakfast or late night cheese with bread and wine, plus fantastic location juuuust outside the main centre of Beaune, so walking distance is less than 5 minutes to the main square. Ideal spot for two. Loved the key-safe and ability to pick and chose from wines from its “mini bar”, very good value for money and extremely cosy. Plus, super fast internet, always a pleasure.

Beaune hasn’t been blessed yet with a good spread of EV charging stations. Perhaps this will come at some point closer to the appartement. Other than that, not a single thing to be sad about.

Fantastic location for a stop over to/from the south of France. Comfortable studio. Easy walk into the delightful Beaune.

Not easy to find - the road entrance looks like a driveway and we had to do a couple of circuits before we managed to turn in.

Superb

The whole room was very clean. The bed was amazing. Location couldn't be better, close to the center and a Lidl around the corner. Checking is easy and flexible.

The only issue I can think of is the fact that the boiler is in the room and makes a little bit of continues sound. For me not a big deal, but important to know for people who need absolute silence to sleep.

Perfecte plek, prima verblijf met een goed bed.

De locatie is ideaal, je loopt zo de stad in. Ook voor een doorreis nacht is het perfect, het is heel makkelijk aan te rijden en ligt dichtbij de snelweg. De studio is in de hoeken wat vies/verouderd, maar alles wat je gebruikt en dergelijke is helemaal schoon en netjes.

De wc maakt heel veel herrie met doortrekken, wat vooral 's nachts vervelend kan zijn. Een hor voor het raam tegen de muggen misten we ook.

Gut und günstig , Übernachtung in Beaune

Das Zimmer war komplett ausgestattet, inkl. Kaffeemaschine, Toaster, Waschmaschine etc. An viele nützliche Kleinigkeiten wurde gedacht, auch an einen eigenen Parkplatz.! Alles im Zimmer/ Studio war neuwertig, an das Äussere des Gebäudes und die Umgegend muss man sich allerdings gewöhnen.

Die Informationen der Vermieterin waren sehr gut. Leider waren sie für mich nur in Deutschland lesbar, vor Ort war der Text aus Sicherheitsgründen unterdrückt. Gottlob konnte ich die Vermieterin tel. erreichen, sie kam umgehend, um mir zu helfen. Sie trifft im Übrigen keinerlei Schuld, dass d er Text vor Ort nicht lesbar war. Glück gehabt und eine freundliche Vermieterin, die sich kümmert.....

De fijne ruimte, het bed , de locatie, nabij centrum en zo goed als naast een grote supermarkt. En ook nog eens parkeren op eigen terrein. Aanrader deze plek.
